Outstanding service only ones willing to remove a muskrat from the residence. Did so promptly and humanely
Roof is still vulnerable to raccoon reentry. Upon further inspection from another reputable pest control company the roof sealing that Carter Pest Control did was RIDICULOUSLY done. Carter Pest Control not reputable & I DO NOT recommend at all!!!!! ************************************ Owners response to my comment is appreciated but in response to said owner's comments I would like to add that the hole (entry point) was sealed but not correctly or securely allowing for possible reentry of critter(s). In addition, your company did not even remove the raccoon poop from roof which will attract other raccoons in the future. Not to mention the response issues I experienced from your company during the process. At this point I am in the process of needing to pay additional money to another licensed company to complete sealing entry points for a job that was NOT done satisfactorily on the front end...bottom line that's not OK.

My experience was excellent using this company. I had a problem with Geckos(small lizards). Prompt service, very knowledgeable, and professional. Great prices as well.
