Overpriced, disorganized, communication lacking. The communications within this company and from this company need some serious work. I have no idea how the actual pest control services are as I never got to that point. I booked service, was told a contract would be e-mailed to me, and never received the e-mail. I called the day of the service, was told the e-mail had been sent (not in my spam folder, not in my inbox, no idea where they sent it) as well as being told a phone call with a mess

I would give them a lower rating if I could. These people are thieves, they take your money and will come out in the pouring rain to spray for pests, when the label on the pesticide they use clearly states NOT to use in the rain or just after it has rained. One time they came out and sprayed on top of the snow. I fired them then about 2 years later they decide to come get their traps and wouldnt you know it leave the empty holes that they dug in order to install them. Save your money and do

Thr guy who wrote up my contract and one of the technicians have been superb. The manager/office staff have been nearly worthless. I contracted for the basic service plus carpenter bee/ant treatment. First, my account was nearly sent to collection for a bill I had already paid. Second, regarding the carpenter bee problem, Home Paramount refused to treat until I could prove the contract said it was included. Obviously, Home Paramount had the original contract.
