Overpriced, disorganized, communication lacking. The communications within this company and from this company need some serious work. I have no idea how the actual pest control services are as I never got to that point. I booked service, was told a contract would be e-mailed to me, and never received the e-mail. I called the day of the service, was told the e-mail had been sent (not in my spam folder, not in my inbox, no idea where they sent it) as well as being told a phone call with a mess
The absolute best company. Don’t let the fact that this company is small and local deter you from making the call to have them come to your home . Mr. Dave was friendly and informative from the start. We had a very very large yellow jacket nest behind the wall in my daughter’s room. By himself, he spent hours at my home spraying the nest from both the inside and outside . After spraying, he made sure to remove the very large nest. His number one priority the entire time was my family’s safety
I've had D&G out to my home twice, once for a cleanup following a bat infestation and once for a carpenter ant issue. They are very responsive, even offering to come out the same day I called. The work was thorough and done promptly. We talked about what to look out for in the future to catch issues faster. Dave is very professional and crazy good at his job. My mother hired D&G to remove a gigantic - toddler sized - yellowjacket's nest/hive (filled w/thousands of very angry yellowjackets) from a vacant shed beside her house. Dave killed them, removed the nest, and cleaned up everything in about 3 hours - all while wearing short sleeves & no face protection 😳. My mother is 79 years-old (doesn't know how to post a review) and wanted me to be sure to give D&G 5 stars!! Thanks a million Dave!!

“Horrible communication Zero regard for the customer I paid upfront for 2 treatments. After the 1st one, he never did the second one. My tenant called him to schedule, she missed work multiple times to wait for him and he never showed up. I called and texted and he completely ignored us. After his 1st treatment, I referred him to people, now I am extremely disappointed because if he does the same to them it will be even more terrible.”
