Rod was professional, but did the job extremely too quickly and the problem was not resolved. Very upsetting and extremely angry to have wasted money on a problem that wasn't solved! Do not recommend.
Friendly and very knowledgeable. I learned a lot more than expected meeting with him. Definitely recommend the service.
