Alleviation is the Real Deal!! Removed a yellow jacket bee hive that tried to assassinate me near our home. Contacted Alleviation for same day, prompt, professional service while receiving a wealth of knowledge on my issue. Many thanks and job well done.

We had a problem with bats trying to gain entrance to our home. We were seeing poop all over our bottom step and one night it was bats flying all ove so we knew we had a problem. We reached out to Alleviation and Demetrius came out appeared to be professional and nice went up in the attic and let us know that the bats hadn’t gain entry into our home. He didn’t go to the roof to see if the bats were up there or discover where they were he pointed out some areas that needed to be sealed and stated the soffit and fascia boards need to be replaced or checked out. We called a company to come check they mentioned areas were loose and needed to be tightened which they did and I asked him to check and seal areas in the front of the house where rodents may try to enter. The contractor said while doing work about 5 bars flew out and he didn’t seal that area because he didn’t want to trap them in he is not pest control he seemed scared by the bats which I understood. I called Demetrius because I told him I was hearing the bats and wanted him to come check the area out. He stated that the the company shouldn’t have been sealing stuff and they need to pay him to come back out etc. I let him know that basically they were not gonna pay I would like to have the problem resolved and he did agree to come out. Demetrius came out the next day he went up on his latter he checked the soffits and he said nothing was there he said that he could seal the gap or the company that was there previously could do it. He harped on the fact that they missed an area and they need to come back out and charge nothing. At a point he made comments about working behind other people which makes no sense to me. My thoughts are if they missed area okay mistakes happen I will deal with them but we called you here and this is something that you can fix because if they missed and area then they didn’t touch the area then your not working behind them no one has touched that spot. He said he can seal the opening left by the contractor for an additional fee. I said okay because I just do not want the bats to get in the house I have children here and bats carry rabies etc that was my concern. He goes up with his latter and he seals the area the contractor left open because that’s where he saw the bats coming from. After Demetrius seal the area he came back and says there is another space they didn’t seal Demetrius decided he was not going to seal that area. He once again mention the contractor needs to come back out and charge us nothing and seal that hole which if the man missed it he didn’t touch it Your up there you’re the actual pest control why wouldn’t you seal it instead of being worried about what this company didn’t do or missed. We paid him 302. 150 to come out and that 150 doesn’t go towards whatever service he provides and the difference was to seal the hole plus tax. This didn’t feel right in my core so I texted him and asked him do you charge per hole he called back and said no I have been moving that latter all day and if I had gave you my word I would do both holes then I would have but that really had nothing to do with me working behind somebody else and basically saying he was tired and he didn’t want to risk his safety. If he felt like that he never offered a solution and then he said it’s not about the money for me. Of course it wouldn’t be because your not paying the money your collecting. Demetrius present himself well he presents himself as a God fearing man but my last encounter with him was very revealing. I am not bashing him I am simply sharing my experience because that was not a good experience and while my family is blessed and fortunate others may have financial hardships and need work done on there homes and $302 can mean a lot to come families that can be a sacrifice and the experience was just very unacceptable! Attached you’ll see what he did and the hole he left which is right across from the hole he sealed.

Contacted Alleviation Pest Control on a Sunday, and scheduled a same-day appointment for later that afternoon. Very responsive and professional company, and willing to answer any/all questions.

A squirrel got into my home. I could not get any other pest control company to return my phone calls. Demetrius called me back within minutes of leaving a message. Demetrius was amazing! Alleviation Pest Control returned my call promptly and were calming throughout the process of discussing a basketball sized hornet’s breeding cocoon hanging in a tree in my front yard. Demetrius set a time to arrive at my home, showed up on time, and then set to task explaining how he would accomplish removing the nest. I asked to take pictures, not only did he remove the huge nest, he took extra effort to let us photograph this first, for us, clearly NOT for him!! Bottom line, Demetrius and Alleviation are a 5 star outfit. Stop looking, call them, let them sort your pest or wildlife problems out for you!

I contacted APC in 2019 after having been failed by another pest control company. Demetrius was a refreshing change. He is polite, knowledgeable and extremely patient and I need patience as on a discomfort scale of 1 -10, rodents are 1000. Demetrius listens, and that is key, and then explains what steps he will take. He explains the process. Unfortunately, I continue to need their services but at least I can sleep at night knowing APC is taking care of those pesky critters.

I called Alleviation in a bit of a panic because I saw a bug in my bathroom. The technician that answered the call was very calming and knowledgeable in helping me to assess my situation. In about an hour the gentleman was at my home and provided me excellent service. He was uniformed, pleasant, and rates very good. He also offered me a solution to another pest problem (squirrels). He came back to patch a couple of holes in siding area and I cant even tell where the holes were. Thank you Alleviation! Bugs and squirrels in the same week. So grateful.

I've used various "so called" pest control providers in the past & this company bar none has been the best, not in just terms of the quality of their service but in the techs that come to take care of you & the knowledge that they bring to the table. If I could give 6 out of 5 stars I would!

I had a great experience with Alleviation Pest Control! They were able to help me in my time of need. Not only were they speedy, but they were very efficient and inexpensive. I have recommended them to everyone at my church. Other members have tried them out and have recieved the same satisfaction as me. I'm so glad I found this Pest Control service.
