This company is absolutely horrible! Every apartment complex they manage has rats not mice RATS and roaches. Please look at the reviews for Arrive Silver Spring and The Seasons in Laurel. I can’t wait for someone to sue this company.

I would not recommend this pest control service. Despite multiple visits, the pest problem was never resolved, and each time I was given excuses instead of solutions. The technicians seemed rushed and unprofessional, leaving me with more questions than answers. Communication was poor — calls and messages often went unanswered, and scheduling was a constant hassle. For the amount they charge, I expected reliable service and lasting results, but instead I wasted both time and money. Look elsewhere if you want a pest company that actually delivers on its promises. Will always will be pest till the end. Do not trust this guy!!!!!

My apartment still has bedbugs, the technicians are not updated with this bedbugs problem .40hrs. training is not enough to tackle a bedbug problem.I am still suffering from these bedbugs.They don't no the bedbug cycle of life or anythin.what they look like in different cycles.what a bedbug bites looks like .

This is to the business as a whole. This is for whoever they sent to our complex 8/24/22 in Glen Burnie MD. They said that they treated apartments and they did not. Make up a whole treatment that they supposedly did. I used to do this type of work and I'm lead to believe that they sat I. The truck and slept and left and didn't whatever. This isn't the first time. They have complete slackers working there. This is sad!!

I was on 495 and the driver was out of control, he was speeding and driving like a maniac. He almost ran me off the road while taking the exit. He was going so fast and was so close,I was able to look him dead in his face. MD 8CP7141...You see this one coming get out the way.

On the last day prior to termination of my apartment lease this company was contracted out to do a post evacuation inspection upon discovery the technician performing the duties that day was found to be using our washing machine to clean his and his families clothes and argued with us about it sting he gave himself permission to use our water and electricity and washing machine to clean his personal clothing. This was simply unacceptable and I hope this individual has been terminated if not fired for this incomprehensible action that he knew was wrong.

Rude staff. Completely ineffective treatment. No resolution to customer complaints. Exterminators do the least possible simply to check off that they showed up. They do NOT exterminate nor have personal interest in eradicating your pest control issues. They don't even deserve a 1 star rating.

I am very disappointed with this company services. I waited all day for them to come (missed work and won't get paid) and they never showed up! I saw the truck on the property and asked the rental office what happened. They told me that they couldn't go in my attic to check for rodents because they didn't have traps or a ladder. What the heck?!!! When I tried to call Kenmore's office, the phones were out of service, and their website is down for repairs! What's really going on with them? Their business practices sounds very shady and questionable!!!

I was very dissatisfied with my service. They came to my place and did a half ass job and I still had bugs in my apartment unit. Then they left glue traps down filled with bugs. One time they came to my place and pulled up all the glue traps with bugs on them and discarded them in my kitchen trash can I thought that was very unsanitary. I would never recommend them for business to anyone. The African Manager was very nasty towards me on the phone when I called them to make a complaint about his contractors and their business. He told me don't call them anymore and hung up on me. How rude of him.
