I will give this company zero star if given the option. This is one of the most useless and unprofessional companies I've ever dealt with in a long long time. They don't return calls. They don't take complaints seriously. I have left several messages for manager, district manager and even the president of this company since January. To date I received no calls. I would give this company zero stars if could. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! On 4/29/24, I contacted Home Paramount Pest Control to schedule an inspection of my home for potential bed bug infestation. The inspector I spoke with over the phone asked for details about my situation, to which I explained that I had woken up with red, itchy, welt-like bumps, which I initially believed to be bed bug bites. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This company is unresponsive. I called them in regards to removing a pest. I was told a technician would come out. They NEVER came and NEVER called. I called the next day and canceled service explained what happened. I was told a manager would reach out and they were sorry to see me go. A manager NEVER called!! This was 2 months ago. I got a call a week ago regarding a technician coming out. I said nobody is coming anywhere I've cancelled service they said ok. Open
