Use caution if you decide to stop services with this company. You must call and formally cancel your account. If you do not, they will send you marketing offers with “discounted renewal pricing” if you choose to renew. What is not clearly disclosed upfront — and is only referenced in fine print — is that your service will automatically renew anyways unless you request to cancel after all steps in your current plan are complete. I only became aware of this when technicians arrived at my home…

In addition to the mailed prepay offer letter, we also send multiple follow-up emails regarding the upcoming season. Prior to any scheduled service, we also send a pre-notification text message the day before service to let customers know when treatment is planned.<br><br>Our programs are designed to continue from season to season unless we are notified to cancel, which helps ensure uninterrupted lawn care and prevent lapses in treatment.
