Poor customer service. Over a week with no response to a simple inquiry, so, they’ve lost a potential customer.

While the company prefers a subscription service, I had no issues getting them out for a one time service. Part of my lease required tick and flea services at move out. At just under $200, the service was quick and painless. Christopher was our technician, pleasant, and efficient.

I have reached out to Eco-Care on a couple of occasions to deal with a pest management issue. I found Erich to be both knowledgable and professional. Their technicians arrived on time and were very thorough. I recently called them as I thought I had a problem. Erich asked me to send him a few pictures and after studying them confirmed that this had nothing to do with pests and made good suggestions on whet I might do to address it. He turned out to be right and saved me from uncessary treatment and expense. Have been using this company for a few years now. They are very responsive, friendly and professional. We have their contract and they come and help us with any issue we have had especially with ant and carpenter bees. We couldn’t be happier with the service!

Cannot recommend them highly enough! Heard some scratching in the walls and called. They had a tech here within hours. He did a thorough inspection and gave us recommendations which we fully intend to follow. We will 100% call them for all of our pest and animal control needs in the future!

We did our first mosquito spray 2-1/2 weeks ago and still not a single bite. My 5 and 1 year old can now enjoy our yard with no insect repellent on!!!

Highly recommend them! They came again when there were a few stragglers, and they are very friendly and happy to serve. Their entemologist even called us to tell us what the strange bug was that hitched a ride in on our firewood. Fair pricing too. A great company!

Excellent. Huge hornets nest, but it was beautiful. I called around. Ryan answered, asked several questions and was very polite and attentive. Explained everything that they would do and gave me the estimate. It was a whopping 98 degree day with high humidity on a Friday afternoon. He politely asked if it was at all possible to wait until Monday when the weather breaks a bit. He didn't want to put his men in the heavy bee suit on a day like that. I thought that was awesome. Yes, the customer comes first but so does the safety of your employees. We were the first customer Monday morning and it's all taken care of. Thank you.....

Service was fine a year ago, but have to go with 1-star due to unfair business practice. Almost a year later they sent me an "invoice" for $410, way more than the original service. I had to waste my time to figure out this was a gimmick to try to sell me on a "HomeShield" service, and not an invoice I actually owed. How many people get tricked by this?

I got a phone number from other source. Seems like I find out good place and one of customer representive who is Jacky. She has excellent skill to provide phone customer's service.
