Abdul was very responsive, pleasant and thorough when he came initially to assess the issue- birds in the attic- and to fix it. He explained everything well and made sure that all the problem areas were addressed. I highly recommend this company for your pest management needs.

Highly recommend. They have taken care of multiple issues at my home including mice, carpenter bees, wasps, and ants. Most recently Ryan identified a potential hole mice are getting into my house and closed it off. They are professional and go above and beyond. If you have a problem with pests - they will solve it.

I can't say enough good things about them. I highly recommend without anyreservations. The owner is a termite specialist and Biologist. He was knowledgeable, prompt, courteous and professional. No pushy sales. Did entire perimeter and treated inside where my husband wouldn't let him drill in garage. Thorough job with 1 year guarantee (like all the rest) and annual inspections extended the warranty. No surprise fees and it was a bit more work than they expected. I will stay with them for all my insect needs. Prior to hiring All Star pest management, I interviewed several nationwide and local companies most came out fairly quickly, inspected and gave estimates. 1 local company in Catonsville wanted to schedule inspection/estimate 2 weeks out so I declined. The nationwide termite companies were fairly aggressive with pushy sales tactics. They wanted to spray only a few feet around where termites were found (only outside and small localized area) and bait the rest of the perimeter. In addition they heavily recommended intensive ant treatment (same chemical) to spray the rest of the perimeter. (Ants eat termite eggs so not a great idea to kill them out in yard. So basically nationwide company would get paid TWICE for the proper termite treatment around the whole house and kill off the ants further away from my foundation. No thank you.

I have used All Star Pest Management for over a year. The service and quality is beyond compare. The owner, Mr. Abdou has been out to my home twice. He completed our initial inspection to begin quarterly treatment and was just out again for a termite inspection. He is friendly, knowledgeable and very informative. Our regular technician, Monique is equally as professional, friendly and knowledgeable. If I could give 10 stars I would. I highly recommend!

Ryan is amazing! He is professional , courteous and friendly! Ryan really took the time to listen to ALL of my concerns. He went the extra mile make sure to answer each question ensuring that I was comfortable despite my brief spring ant issue. Ryan carefully and thoroughly inspected each potential problem area. All Star Pest Management has proven to be the best of the best in pest control! We initially contacted them for ants and a rodent in our new home and they removed both promptly. Then today a huge black snake was in my driveway and thankfully they contacted a technician while I was on the line to come to our new home right away! He arrived, searched and the snake seemed hidden. He then sprayed a repellent and the snake cave out of hiding and he captured it in seconds. We are so grateful as we have children who play outside all the time. Other technicians would have left. Then while he was here he noticed a bee hive and started treating for all insects. We are so happy with the professional and prompt service. And the quarterly reminders before arriving to treat our home! ALL STAR IS THEE BEST PEST CONTROL COMPANY IN MARYLAND HANDS DOWN!!!!! I had to share! Ants and rodents were enough, new home or not. Yet the huge black snake really showed they are the best in timing to arrive & service!

Expected a simple termite inspection for a home refi. What we got was a blatant shakedown from the technician who insisted we had an active infestation, but that he'd give us a clean report on the spot if we paid $500 for a "treatment." Thanks anyway, we'll take our business to a reputable company.

I was introduced to Al Hani during the construction of Global Children Montessori School by our Contractors - Consolidated Engineering. He along with his team did the termite treatment for our new facility to comply with Howard County regulation. I was so impressed with his professionalism and care, I ended up giving the first yearly contract for my home for quarterly pest control. After seeing the service I am now going to sign the contract for quarterly pest control for our school also. We want to maintain a clean and healthy environment, both at school and home. Engaging and supporting a local quality vendor is what we prefer. Al definitely provides that comfort in his workmanship and professionalism. Their pricing is definitely very competitive and reasonable.

When I found I needed termite extermination services, I researched both various extermination methods and local exterminators, then had representatives from different companies come out to look at the house and give me proposals. I ended up choosing All Star, and was very glad I did. They were professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and their price was very reasonable compared to others I received. The company owner was on site supervising the process from start to finish, and the 4-man crew treated the entire house in a relatively short time with a minimum of mess and disruption. I feel confident that the problem has been resolved, but also that, should it reappear, All Star will come back out immediately to re-treat any problem areas.
