Legionnaire Pest Control

Had a great experience with Legionnaire / John. Showed up on time, were super friendly, and knew exactly what they were doing. They took care of the problem fast, and I haven’t seen a single bug since. Definitely recommend them if you need pest control done right!

I highly recommend Legionnaire Pest Control! Scheduling was super easy and John arrived on time. He was funny, friendly, and very knowledgeable. John conducted a thorough inspection and explained the treatment plan clearly. I appreciate his utilization of eco friendly products, they were extremely effective in eliminating the pests from my home. John even followed up after treatment to make sure everything was fine. I am so thankful that I found this company and I will definitely continue using Legionnaire Pest Control in the future.

Late review... but better late than never! We used Legionnaire last year due to an ant problem. We usually get them a couple of times each year and have been able to handle them ourselves. But last year we just couldn't get them to go away and they just kept getting worse. We finally called Legionnaire and they were quick with an appointment. They came one time and the ants haven't been back since. They were also very reasonable in price. We will definitely use them again if necessary and I just recommended them to on of my FB friends.

I had a miscommunication with the office which was compounded by spammers with a similar phone number of mine. Once this was taken care of everything was good. Seems to be very knowledgeable about their field and courteous. They are very busy but I am going to assume that is a good thing. I recommend them.

Quick to respond, thorough with answering questions abd details, and haven't had problems with the ants since. Would recommend!

Came all the way out into Baltimore for our summer flea issue. The continued check-ins have put my mind at ease for the welfare of my beloved pets.

I have a cedar house and a huge carpenter bee issue. When I called them, they told me that I had to pay upfront for 3 services or they would not warrant it. I was skeptical, and wanted to pay incrementally for each of the purported 3 services. When I spoke to John (the principal), he seemed to know what hew was talking about and refused the payment plan, but I went with him anyway since he was believable,. I have to say that I made the right decision and John was completely stand up and came back at the increments that he promised, Will report next year if the treatments do the full remediation as he indicated they would, but all I can say is that he did what he committed to.

Great service... The tech went well beyond the scope of work. He took the time to explain the entrance points and gave me helpful tips to avoid future issues. They were great with my dogs and reassured their safety. Very pet friendly A++ Thank you Evin :)

This is the poorest excuse for a pest control company. They send text messages that they will be at your place to check things out. Never show up and no call. I wish I had called a reputable company to get my termite work done. Never use them again.

This people are the most unresponsive people I have ever dealt with. My issue started in 2020 when I moved into my new home. A gentleman came out and claimed he would come back out 2 weeks later. Never came out because supposedly they kept coming in contact with Covid. Fine. I let it go. Here we are in 2022 and neighbors have moved so we are back having this issue again which is worst than before. They’ve come out once and told me they would call within 10-12 days. I called 15 days later and the gentleman said that it’s only been a week and he would call back. It’s now been a little over a month, no response from them and supposedly they are not returning calls from my property management group either. This is completely unprofessional and their behavior inside the homes are unprofessional as well. They do nothing but argue about how close they are to each other in the rooms. Find another company. This one is extremely disappointing.

Called them to come back because they offer a 1 year warranty if it doesn't work they scheduled twice and never showed up!!!!

Called in the afternoon and had Legionnaire onsite that evening to do an appraisal. John was out at my home the next evening to complete the job. Would use them again for sure. Great family owned local business. Thanks! -Matt H

We had a hornets nest about the size of a basketball that was on the side of our house. We were concerned about our grandchildren so we decided to get rid of it. I sprayed it twice to no avail. Called Legionaire on a Monday morning. They came out that evening and removed the nest.Reasonable price! Very pleased, and highly recommend them.

Never followed through on appointment

Did an excellent job.Very reasonable cost. Nice people explained everything they were doing and that i should do to msnage bird mites. No other companies said they could help except them. They were very knowledgeable. Immediate relief.from one visit. Very pleased. Highly recommended.A+++++

They cashed my check for renewal of service, then wouldn't return my calls. I sued and they didn't show up.

A business with a heart. Cares about helping people in need. Friendly, courteous service. Used them and problems solved! I highly recommend this company. A great family business. Can't say enough about them!!!
