Rick at Insecta Pro llc did an EXCELLENT job removing a large bees nest, several feet long, deep within the wall of our livingroom. He is extremely knowledgable, highly experienced, and great to work with. In addition, his company is dedicated to helping the community by sponsoring various activities. Yesterday, we had a very bad yellow jacket issue in our master bedroom ceiling, directly over our bed. Very angry wasps started coming out through the ceiling into our home. I called InsectaPro and left a voicemail, and no lie – Rick called back within two minutes and he was there in 20 minutes to take care of the issue! Turns out the nest in our ceiling was huge and just about to fall through the paper-thin ceiling they had eaten through! He took care of it within an hour. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and his pricing was very reasonable. He even called later to follow up. Excellent service and will be using them again.

There’s not enough words in the English language to express how great a person Rick is. He was happy to educate us & super patient with ALL the questions we had for him. This business truly exceeded my expectations! If I could give Rick a 10-star rating, I absolutely would! I had a serious Yellow Jacket problem this past Saturday — they were even getting into my house. I contacted Rick at 8:10 a.m., and by 11 a.m., he was already at my home to assess and treat the issue. He came back on Tuesday to retreat the hive and, during that visit, he also discovered and treated another hive near my deck door — something I hadn’t even noticed. He’s scheduled to return again at the end of the week to perform a final check. Rick is incredibly professional, genuinely honest, and offers affordable, trustworthy service. What stood out most to me is his depth of knowledge and his desire to educate homeowners. He communicates clearly and respectfully, never talking down to you. Just want to share- Rick from Insecta Pro came right out - killed that awful hornets nest & treated the rest of our yard - many cicada killer holes. He was very friendly and professional. If you’re looking for a great exterminator- definitely reach out to this company! Great service!

Rick provided us with wonderful, efficient, thorough and affordable service! We called looking to take care of a mice issue in our basement and garage. He offered a quick and inexpensive solution to the pests. Upon inspection, he also noticed some termite activity in and around our home. We have been struggling financially and, instead of turning us away, he worked with us to ensure that our termite problems were solved without breaking the bank. Rick is an incredible and angel - like human being. He goes above and beyond for his customers. I hired Rick and his team at Insecta Pro to help me with a mouse problem in my home. Rick is such an awesome guy! He's super knowledgeable, and he educates you on rodent behaviors and how the bait/traps work. I also had an issue with starlings nesting in the shutters on the front of my house, and Rick went above and beyond to make sure the nests were removed, and that there would be no chance of them coming back.
