I love this company and all of their technicians! Local pest control companies are the best! You can actually receive service the same day!

Their pest control treatments are effective against all types of pests to include insects, snakes, frogs, and rodents. Under the bi-monthly service plan, a technician visits every two months, applying a chemical barrier against general pests around the perimeter of the home. Their customer service is top notch. They will treat indoors if desired and will come out out of cycle at no additional costs if pests are sighted..

Horrible experience with them. If you sign up for their monthly plan, they just show up to your house without any notice. They state that if they call and the call goes to voicemail then that’s confirmation. My mailbox for the cellphone has been full for over a month and you can’t leave a message. The receptionist claim that they would not consider it a confirmation if the cannot leave a message. They showed up to my house and tiold my guest that they are there to check for rodents. She called me at my job. I have never seen where someone can say they left a voicemail so that is confirmation. I was billed $69 for this service. This is a bad way to do business. I will never recommend them.

These are by far the worst company and the customer service that I EVER have worked with. They were supposed to come and treat my house for termite. I paid them half of the money upfront. I tried t call them several times to get a proof of work they NEVER return calls. But they charged my card without authorization next day! In most cases no-one answer their phone and their mail box is full. I had to dispute the charges to the credit card company. After 40 days of credit card company effort they responded to them (still not to me!). It was the worst experience EVER. Please BE AWARE of these issues!

I am so amazed that in this day and age there is a company who goes beyond expectations, takes pride in their work and are extremely professional. The attention to detail in sealing up my home to keep out critters was unparrelled. They did WAY more than I thought they would. Further, my house was spotless at the end of each day and that was with them removing and installing new insulation. They have a really great crew. They were worth every penny. I would not hesitate to use them for any home project.
