Senate Termite and Pest Control

Senate has always been very dependable doing all scheduled pest control and termite checks as well as being very responsive to calls about pest control problems. We had a situation with mice and their technician Keith did a great job of checking the entire home and making it as rodent free and secure as possible.

Anthony the technician was outstanding!! He sprayed inside our home, filled the bait boxes and was very thorough!! Extremely professional service. The best we’ve experienced with Senate and would like to continue having him as our tech.

Service was effective and thorough. My technician was Donald and I appreciated his expertise and sharing insights / next steps. Highly recommend this company.

I would highly recommend senate termite. Scott came for the initial examination and was very helpful in revealed a lot of entry points and put a couple of bats down to put my mind at ease. Then Donald came a couple days later and he did a lot of cleaning and vacuuming and sprayed and cleaned up a lot and also sealed up all the entry points that he could find and put some more bait down for me and he was very helpful too

Donald did a follow up at my place recently. He was very helpful and explained the process. I was able to explain our situation and he tried to help us. Anthony did the last visit and he was amazing. He spent close to 2 hours and got to the root of the infestation. He even cleaned up the rat poop under the stove. It was very nice he put in all that effort after what we have gone through.

A careful home inspection by the Senate technician inside and outside of our home revealed points of entry which were addressed immediately. We appreciated the professionalism and friendly manner of Don our technician.

I had a meeting today at 1:30pm. The Senate team member came in right away and worked independently while iI finished my call. He took care of all the places I asked him to spray and was careful not to damage my Christmas decoration. I have had nothing but a good experience with this company the entire time.

The technician that came to my house was very polite and helpful- however the agent that I spoke to prior to the visit was argumentative, nasty, and rude. I am still thinking about if I need to stay with this company because it’s about the principle for me. They need to address this situation asap.

My husband and I are having guest come in this weekend and were really worried about our company feeling comfortable. Our inspector was great and scheduled us right away. The service we received from Darryl was thorough and professional. He made sure to go the extra mile and take extra precautions of our furniture and covered the front yard, back yard, patio area and all three floors of our interior. He also made sure to give me tips on what to look for and some areas we can address later. We will definitely be working with Senate again!

I could not be more pleased with the service I receive from Senate Termite and Pest Control. It is a well-run and efficient operation. The people in the front office are polite and helpful and the service technicians are unfailingly friendly, informative, and competent. I recommend the company without hesitation.

Chris Bradley was awesome on inspection. DARRYL cant remember last name the technician was prompt, funny and respectful of space and my kiddos. I appreciate the great intros to the agency and waiting to see if these knats disappear. They are scheduling a two week followup to ensure they have been cleared. Always appreciate good service. 👍🏼

I paid an annual fee . there was a dead rodent in my crawl space which they had to go down crawl space to take it off. I saw it and then said they will not go down as the space is long . i cannot get home rented . if this is what i has signed for I am cancelling my plan right away

Do not recommend. Took the traps out of the attic and didn't seal the holes........ The squirrels have free rein to come and go as they please. Kris left me his phone number, but it went to voicemail, and I haven't heard back. Not happy with the service I paid a lot of money for.

Every since certain staff left, this business and it's model are different. No one talks to you anymore, but Maria did! The only reason why I am still here is Eric who is excellent and trustworthy! HE SHOULD BE ELEVATED FINANCIALLY! When he goes I go....Someone new came to my home,and left my shed door open. When I discovered this...it had rained throughout my shed! What happened...he forgot to secure my belongings???? Folk show up w/o you knowing there coming???? Just off....BRING MARIA BACK!!!!!

Stay far away from this company. First off they rescheduled twice. Most important I paid for a service that didn't happen. I was told by tge initial salesman my wood would be heated to kill bugs, I called and was told by the company they would paint my wood which would penetrate to kill the bugs...when the technician got there he said he saw in the notes he was suppose to paint the wood but he didn't know so he called the company and they told him to just get a can of bug spray and spray the holes. So I paid $750 for them to use a $20 can of spray which I already have at home. Unreliable, inconsistent and untruthful has been my experience...STAY AWAY!!!!

I had my place exterminated 57 days ago and had a 60 day warranty. I call them for the inspection 60 days ago which they completed in all of ten seconds after entering my apartment; however they exterminated 3 days later. I called today exactly 60 days from inspection and they will not honor the warranty. Just be careful dealing with this company.

My contract ended last spring. Why am I still receiving services even though you were told not renewing as well as being charged on a credit card I only authorized for a one time use. During the year I was under contract I received calls to schedule an appointment. Since the contract ended the technician just shows up and leaves a note on door. Plus the original treatment plan was for inside and outside, so how can you treat if you’re not able to get inside. When speaking with the billing manager, I was insulted. I was told I was trying to get out of paying for services. How about I don’t feel that I need to pay for services that I have told you I did not want to renew but yet you keep sending a technician out you have not scheduled with myself or husband, sounds more like the company is using underhanded tactics to keep customers that don’t want the service . Not to mention you are illegally using a credit card that was only authorized for a one time use to bill.

The service is excellent. The billing department sends pressure tactics email to force customer to pay with no outstanding balances. Sending 25 day late notice for service done 5 days before and trying to bill your credit card after saying they will not. The billing department is the down fall for a company which gives excellent service in the field.

Horrible experience, after 2 treatments nothing has changed even gets worst inside and outside It is so inconvenience to stay out of house for 5 hours and then clean the house as their chemicals were so sticky We paid cleaning company to clean professionally And in 2 weeks they came back and did the same mess and still fleas and bugs issue was not resolved. No follow up to check They just called to get their payment which they didn't do anything. I asked to cancel this service nicely and Representative threatened me to pay the remaining balance first otherwise they will send to collection. Even though I sent couple of emails texts and phone calls to cancel this service but no one responded to us Just phone calls to get payments. I will contact Consumer Business bureau. I have save all texts emails to proff.

Do not use them EVER! The technician came to an appointment that was rescheduled. He saw someone home and decided to take it up on himself to knock and do the appt. I was not home needed to be as I am who made the appt. My husband was told this was our free consultation and was later charged 150 bucks unauthorized on his credit card!! We have claimed fraud. They are absolutely disgusting on the phone as well!! Then tried to say it would be 500 bucks to spray a basement for simple pest control. Beware ⚠️⚠️⚠️ do not use this company ever
