We have lived in our 30 year old home for 12 years. We never saw a mouse until last spring when we seemed to be invaded by mice in our basement and under the sink in our kitchen. We called Reliable Pest Control and they were here within 24 hours. Reliable spread mouse bait in all the strategic areas and we were mouse free within a week. In the fall, we noticed a lot of spiders on our outside wall and in the tracks of our sliding glass doors. I called Reliable again, and they were here the very next day to eradicate the pests. If anyone is in need of a pest control company, in my humble opinion, you need to look no further than Reliable Pest Control in Easton. Below I will share my experience. I should point out that I had the need to remove a huge hornet nest built between downspout and the house. I had previously disposed of a nest earlier, but it was smaller and in low hanging tree branch. I learned, first hand, you should hire a professional to handle a job of removing a nest with swarming hornets. Firstly, they were very easy to work with. I called them at 3PM yesterday, asked if they removed hornets nests. They said yes. I emailed a picture of the nest and I was told a technician would call me to discuss next steps. This morning at 8:15, the technician, David Cummings called. He quoted a very fair price and simply asked me to call the office to provide my credit card. I did that and David called back to let me know he could be there by 11AM. Secondly, they were on time and very efficient. As committed David arrived with his brother Eddy at 10:50AM. They explained the process they would go through very clearly. Within 15 minutes the nest was down, put in a bag, and ready to be carried away. They set my expectations for the next few days in that I would see scout wasps returning to the area, but after a few days they would stop coming back. Thirdly, from the person coordinating the visit to the two brothers doing the job, I have to say they were so professional, courteous, and just plain nice people. Finally, the brothers were experienced. David mentioned that he had been working for Reliable for over 15 years. When you can find a company easy to work with, one which shows up as committed, is efficient in getting the job done, has polite, professional employees who are very experienced that is the company you want to select. I reached out to get quotes and see what exact kinds of products are used, etc. This company was highly recommended by my neighbors - but their lack of customer service turned me off. Hire a better receptionist!

Best Pest Control on the Eastern Shore! He was in direct contact with my husband, Brady and was prompt with his service. We haven't seen a single bug (alive at least) in our house since he sprayed. I couldn't recommend a better Pest Service.
