Unfortunately, their service level and competency has declined at an alarming rate in the past 2 to 3 years. We have our home and a cabin across the road that Home Paramount serviced quarterly. I had a 45 day mole treatment the first application was on a Saturday I waited no one called me for the second treatment and it was about 7 weeks and it was past the 45 day treatment so I called and paramount Pest control in Easton md and they started the treatment all over again and I had to keep calling to make sure that they got it done its very very poor customer service they don't deserve no stars and they put it down with a hand spreader so I bought a push spreader and I got Josh to use it
