I've used the service for several years and have been very pleased with everything.

Mosquito sprayer who came out last barely walked around the yard. More bugs than usual and Go Green missed application in early June. Poor communication. I have my ring camera on the spray area now...I'll post any poor quality sprayings for example. Please perform! They did a very poor job and I cancelled the service as I had mosquitos swarming around my home after they treated.

I have the best lawn in my cul-de-sac. My grass is thick, strong and green! Appreciate the scheduled service and follow-up email notifications. Consistency is key. It takes time, patience and the correct products + treatment intervals for your lawn. I'm beyond satisfied with the service I've received from Go Green.

Glad to be back with Go Green and technician Ron. He is great with answering questions and addressing issues. I’m sure my lawn will look great this year.

I was having some mice activity in the attic & wasn’t happy with past company which prompted me to call Go Green Lawn and Pest Control. Today, Jim Snock arrived to complete an initial assessment & service for pest control & he was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, very thorough, answered my questions & even gave my spoiled dog some attention. He took his time, found possible entry points in the corners of siding so he plugged those & put some bait stations in the attic (not just where he entered the attic like past company), in the basement & in the garage (for further prevention). He said he would have the office call to schedule a follow-up and apologized that with the holiday it would probably be 2 weeks rather than 1 & within an hour or so of him leaving, the office called & got me scheduled. Thank you Jim, for giving me a little peace of mind today that I didn’t have an army taking up shelter & we will push any that have out to find other shelter.

So impressed with this company. We just moved to a new home and are using the company for three services. Dave Riley, in particular, has been simply excellent. Thank you!

They tore up our lawn when they aerated. First they over seeded then fertilized then aerated. they claim this is the best way to improve a lawn. All the articles on the web suggest otherwise. For example where the lawn was torn up there was no seed so how is this better. Bad news, in my opinion bad company! Please understand that they destroyed the lawn with poorly trained personnel and now the lawn is uneven and their seeding was a total failure. The lowest estimate to repair the lawn is $3,250. They even tried to apply chemicals when the lawn was full of leaves. This is a Company to avoid!

This company acquired former lawn maintenance company and it has not gone well. Does not communicate or schedule services in coordination with customer. Little to no advance notice. Performed aireation and over seeding too early in fall season when conditions were dry. No new grass. Just overall not as good services as my previous provider.

9/19/22 8 am: called and I am #15 on today's schedule, but stops are small so they will be able to get to me. So, I wait around all day for someone to arrive, or call with updated status. No communication from company. 4:34 pm I called and spoke with Tina - they will not be able to get to me and will re-schedule for next week. 9/26 11 am I called and was told there are a couple of stops before getting to me. Hours and hours go by as I wait and wait. 4:43 pm Tina - will get in touch with the scheduler and call me back. Tina never called back. Maybe happy hour was calling. 5:01 pm I called again and spoke with Chris - he called technician but no info. Will check some more and call back in 5 minutes. 5:12 pm Chris - called back and the crews are on their way home. Now, I am scheduled for 8 am Tuesday. 9/27 7:30 am Zach Brewer arrives to start the aeration. Job was done OK but had to stay home for 3 days waiting for someone to arrive.

Go Green has the best lawn services I have ever used! My lawn has never been more beautiful! And the employees are the nicest! I talked on the phone with the most helpful and informative man named Bill and he hooked me up! He was the best!

I contracted with lawnscapes to seed and weed my yard. Based off the conversation I had with the receptionist, I decided to go with the special which to my understanding was a a one time aeration and seeding $300 5 weed prevention applications that normally cost $70 dollars each. The special includes the aeriation and 5 weed preventions and would be billed at $72 x 5 billings. I called after I received my second bill. This bill was for $300.00. I also wanted to ask some questions because I wasn't seeing the results of the weeding. I was told that it was only my first application and I needed to give it time. I was also told they were going to come out an additional 4 times to weed. I was told I owed $300 for the aeration and would also be responsible for 5 additional payments of $72. That is very different from what the contract that I was provided implies and from what I was told so I told them to cancel my service. Fast forward 3 months and I realize I have seen 0 grass growth and my yard has more weeds then it started prior to the application. I called to discuss my concerns and was met by a condescending receptionist that implied I cancelled my service because I could not afford the service and that I was trying to get something for nothing. After I told the lawnscapes representative that I did not appreciate her tone, implications or condescending demeanor she apologized and said I should resign up for the service contract. I never once asked or implied I was looking for anything free and simply was conveying my concerns with the hope of being met with a possible solution. Lawnscapes is unprofessional and it wasn't until after I used them, I was told by family members that used them that they aren't a good company. Since lawnscapes doesn't understand customer service, I will take my business to another company. Also, you can find pictures of the weeds in my yard and the deceptive contract that they provide on my Yelp review. Do yourself a favor and ask people who actually use the lawnscapes service before contracting out with them. The reviews online are questionable.
