Mosquito Man helped big time with our yard this summer. I’ve never used a bug service and at first I wasn’t convinced, but it made such a notable difference and even helped with the Eastern Shore flies. They know I’m weird about my kids (dogs), so the techs (usually Michael) always give me a heads up when they are on their way so I can let my fur babies potty and round up their toys before the service.

Mike did an excellent job explaining the process and recommending that I go from one treatment to multiple treatments to be able to enjoy get the full benefit on the treatment. Looking forward to being bug free in my yard bug. Thanks mosquito man

Two days late on service. Tech did a good job rang the property.

Very responsive and an excellent value. If you like the outdoors especially in the evenings on the patio, it's a must have service. Not a flying bug in site. Been a long time customer and highly recommend Mosqito Man. Their techs are the best!

Great service! All the staff are friendly and professional and communicate well. The treatments are brilliant and we’ve noticed a huge difference this year compared to last year with no treatment. Would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you mosquito man :-)

Very poor customer service

Use this company last year and they were excellent, this year. I contacted them about getting treatment for wasp, hornets and yellow jackets and they took my information promised to call back never heard anything. Very disappointing!

mosquito man does an amazing job of keeping my yard, yes, you guessed it mosquito free. Their tech Paul, who came to my house today was exceptionally polite Much like the rest of the team whom I’ve met overtime. I highly recommend them for your mosquito control needs.

The tech did not spray the entire yard only got about 1/3 of the property. I have to have them return and do it the correct way

Been working with Mosquito-Man for years now and just renewed for the upcoming 2023 season. They always look out for the dog and are careful to lock all of our fence gates. They give us a safe and mosquito-free backyard!

Mosquito-Man is very responsive to customer service needs and feedback.

I hate to write this, but I have just discovered that Mosquito-Man does not spray your yard if you are not home even though they will leave a nice sign saying they treated your lawn on that day. My neighbor watch them on two separate occasions come to my home and get out of the truck and walk around the front yard then put a new sign indicating they sprayed then got back in the truck and left. When I called to report this to Jessica (office manager) and other members of the staff they offered to send a new technician to spray properly, but when he came out all he did was the same thing. I called immediately after he left to report he did not spray again and the response I got was he did not know what to do, since he saw the previous sign saying it was sprayed. They then resent the same technician and upon his arrival they tried calling me to verify if I wanted him to spray my lawn or not. WHAT!?!?!?! Since I missed the call (because I'm at work) he went ahead and left again. YARD NOT SPRAYED AGAIN. Since I stated I can no longer trust this company to spray my yard, I asked for a full refund and I stated I would be telling my neighbors who also have this service to no longer trust their yards are getting sprayed the young lady on the phone said "good luck with that and then hung up on me". Unfortunately, dealing with upset customers is part of the job, especially if you are calling me to ask if I want my yard sprayed, even after I have complained it was not sprayed the previous two times they came to my house to spray. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! They try to do the right thing, but I feel there is a SERIOUS disconnect between the office staff and the operations folks. I would not trust this company to spray anything, since I now have proof that if you are not at home to watch them they will show up and change the sign, but will not spray your yard. It’s scary to believe they would try and get over and not spray your yard if you are not home to ensure they perform the services you paid for up front. Not how you want to treat members of the military community. BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!! THEY WILL CHARGE YOUR CC AND NEVER PERFORM THE WORK! P.S. I failed to mention I had to follow up and call the office to ask if they were ever going to show up and perform the initial spraying of my yard, three weeks after they billed my credit card. UPDATE: I was just contacted by the owner and he assured me I would receive a refund.
