I noticed termites coming out of my brick wall of my home I called Mr. Harris and he came over the same day to take a look in my crawl space and inspect the foundation along with the outside of my house. I got an appointment with him two days later and he came out and did a very professional job. So far so good.

I'm selling my property and Carl inspected it and went over it from top to bottom and did a very thorough job. He provided me with a well written and professional report. Fanatic also did the termite repair and treatment on the property promptly and I do appreciate that as this did not hold up the settlement process.

Fanatic has been very helpful with my pest issues since 2001 when I purchased my 1st home. The exterminators are professional and cleans up after themselves after their service. As a Real Estate Agent, I use Carl for all of my home inspections. Not only is he always on time, but very thorough. He goes through and explains everything to my clients after expecting the whole house. I would highly recommend him.

I received a heat treatment from Fanatic in August and it didn’t work. They also froze the bugs and used chemical. None of these methods were effective and the room didn’t get hot at all. The treatment was a joke and now I think they are scam artists outside of one tech who was very helpful but he had surgery. With him out of commission, I haven’t been about to get in touch with anyone else including the tech who did the treatment . I haven’t received a call from anyone else and I have contacted them several times and always get a woman who says she can only send a message to the techs. I asked if she could call the techs and ask them to give me a call but she said that they don’t want to be contacted and rather receive messages and therefore they ignore their paying customers calls. I’m so disappointed with the service (the treatment didn’t work), poor customer service and disregard for their customers. One star was way too generous. Do yourself a favor and don’t hire them!
