The technician who helped me was named Gabriel. He was very knowledgeable and in my opinion most importantly, his customer service was excellent. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He pointed out the problem and explained how exterminator services probably would not remedy the issue. I think there are some companies who would charge for multiple services knowing full well that what they were doing was not going to resolve the problem.

This company is absolutely fantastic to deal with! I can from a different company that only provided half of the services this one does and the techs are not as knowledgeable nor as professional. At Green Pest Services the tech, specifically Zee are nothing but professional, knowledgeable and the ultimate joy to work with! He takes the time to understand my issue and provide responses and solutions! Furthermore, whenever I call for assistance and/or appointment, the call center folks are more than polite, ask all of the right questions and find the earliest appointment that works for me! I highly applaud and appreciate the service provided by Bryan and all the other technicians with whom I have interacted. My main concern and dissatisfaction is with Management. I received an e-mail schedule for service on a specific date. Nobody showed up. When I complained I was told, we do not contact customers if we can't keep an appointment. Is that good customer service? Certainly not. Shame on Management that embraces that mentality. Based solely on Management's attitude, I rate 1 star. AGAIN, THIS ONE STAR RATING IS NOT AGAINST THE "DEDICATED TECHNICIANS." IT'S SOLELY AGAINST "INEFFICIENT MANAGEMENT."

We recently moved into a new house and wanted to get set up with seasonal pest control. We initially chose Green Pest services because of their environmentally-conscious products that would be safe for our family. We will continue to use them not only for that element, but also because they've been so great to work with. Setting up the appointment was very easy and their customer service was polite and professional. The day of our service, our technician, Kai, had a little trouble finding our house as it's a new build and maps don't always recognize the address. He was so kind and patient as I explained how to find us and then went above and beyond to take care of our house and explain the treatment details to us. We look forward to continuing to work with the company and have nothing but "10 out of 10/no notes" appreciation for Kai. He was amazing!

Hello, Although you seem excited about the service provided, I must tell you that I am disappointed. I specifically asked to be contacted so I could confirm the day of service, since I want to be at home to ensure the work is done properly and completely. Unfortunately, that did not happen. Even though I was not present, I have cameras around my house and clearly saw what took place. Your technician only treated around the tree in front of my house and around the garage, completely ignoring the right side of the house. That is not acceptable and certainly not the full service I am paying for. I can provide you with video evidence if necessary. I have been a customer for over two years and we developed problems with bees, inside our house. Our technician was not available so the next appointment Brianna offered was in 7 days..after explaining to her that we have kids and bees inside a house is a problem, I was hoping she could find someone else to come sooner..I canceled my contract and she was really not helpful..it’s too bad to be treated this way, after being a loyal customer!

The technician came out and informed me there was a hole behind my oven, but it was too large to fix. He also said he wasn’t qualified to move my dishwasher, so I had to pay someone else to move it and they were able to patch up the whole thing (and the oven!) no problem. I don’t know why I paid $250 for them to come out, but I certainly won’t be paying for future treatment. Avoid!

Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in the service we received from Green Pest. We had mice in our single family home and contacted Green pest to deal with the issue. The person we first spoke with when scheduling the service gave us 100% satisfaction guarantee and informed us they would come out as many times as necessary to make sure the rodent issue was resolved. This is simply not true as we signed up for the warranty where you are charged quarterly and the explained that we wouldn’t be charged until the original issue was dealt with. First of all, their traps caught nothing after 2 months of working with them. We complained and had the service manager come out with the technician. The first time they came to our house they did very little as far as investigating the entire situation and laying adequate traps. They did not address the outside of the house or set traps outside at that visit. It wasn’t until the fourth time someone came to our house that he finally put a trap outside our house by our deck. Second, we were charged for the quarterly fee even though they have caught NOTHING in a two month time frame and we tried to challenge this charge because the quarterly service was only a technician coming to our home, looking at the traps and setting the one outdoor trap. He even admitted he wasn’t sure what else to do and needed to follow up with his manager. They are terrible at communicating as well and did not call to inform us that they would not be able to make it in the scheduled time frame because they overbooked when the service manager was set to come to our house. We have been given the run around as far as actually addressing the fact that their traps have caught nothing, they have never taken the time to do a full inspection of the house and get to the root issue. They are not prompt in scheduling or responding to requests to speak with a manager. They completely lied when they said it is 100% satisfaction guarantee. We have wasted 2 months of dealing with this company that did not yield results. We have spend over a hundred dollars on our own traps that have actually caught some mice. But we paid the initial service fee and were also charged the quarterly fee which was close to $500 total for both services with NO RESULTS. We now have to work with another pest company and have been dealing with mice in our house for months at this point. Please consider carefully if you decide to go with this company and make sure to ask questions about their 100% satisfaction guarantee, what services they actually provide and are covered under the package they will try to sell you.

Save your money or place it elsewhere. This company, specifically the Maryland branches, have to be the most incompetent clowns I’ve ever encountered. A technician visited one time, charged the initial $225 fee, and indicated areas for ME to address (storm drains, other areas). The night of their visit we someone saw more mice and when I called to schedule another visit for that Saturday - they completely NO CALLED NO SHOW. I was never notified that no one was coming, just silence. When I brought this up to customer service the following day, I got all the apologies in the world and was told a technician would be out the following day between 8am-12pm. Guess what?! Another no show! I left my home around 1:30pm to run an errand only for my wife to call and say a technician dropped by, took a glance and said our indicated areas were out of scope. CLOWNS! With that I canceled everything - absolutely everything. Do yourself and family a favor and never do business with this company. I’m not one to leave terrible reviews unless it’s justified and called for AND BELIEVE ME, you’re better off going with another company.

Awful service, nice people. I gave this company an entire year to fix a mouse issue. The technician lied on three different occasions and had me bring in other people like the gas company, a contractor to move appliances, anything to not do the work. Each time those contractors were baffled cause the thing Green told me to have them to made no sense (like extending the gas cord so they could seal the wall for mice). Finally I realized the technician seemed impaired when he arrived and was just unable to get anything done. The team was always nice, but it doesn’t really matter if you have to hire other companies to do the job you hired them for. Would not recommend.

The worst. We signed a contract with them, and they never were able to get the pest situation under control in our house. We patched all the areas they asked us to do and yet, our house still has had major challenges with mice. They had a rotation of pest control people come, so they never remembered what the full issue with our house was and we constantly had to walk them through the same explanation over and over. After cancelling our contract, we hired another company that is 100 times better. They did an actual inspection and found the reason we have mice is because of TERMITES this company never identified for us! I would never hire this company again because they are just checking boxes to get a paycheck. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I contracted this company to do a preventative treatment in my house and inspect the ventilation system for any potential pests. I was told I did not have to remove my pets from my property and that all products were safe. When the technician arrived, he informed me that 1) they did not inspect ventilation systems and 2) I had to leave with my pets for 4 hours. This was not communicated to me at any point. I cancelled my contract immediately.

I would give 0 stars if possible. The tech came out and was friendly but did not solve my mouse problem. While he was doing service, he asked me to pull out my phone and rate 5 stars which explains all the good reviews. I ended up finding and blocking two more entries for the mice that the tech missed which then solved my problem, but for them to initially come out you have to commit to a year service and then pay an early termination fee of 150 bucks. Total scam !! Taking advantage of people
