I highly applaud and appreciate the service provided by Bryan and all the other technicians with whom I have interacted. My main concern and dissatisfaction is with Management. I received an e-mail schedule for service on a specific date. Nobody showed up. When I complained I was told, we do not contact customers if we can't keep an appointment. Is that good customer service? Certainly not. Shame on Management that embraces that mentality. Based solely on Management's attitude, I rate 1 star. AG
