2025 was the first year using Lawn Doctor and I have been very pleased. The owner, Bryan, has been very easy to contact and is very responsive to questions or any lawn care discussions. The same with his field supervisor and the technicians who have serviced my lawn. I highly recommend!

As a gift to my Dad when he turned 80, I contacted my local Lawn Doctor provider to fertilize and maintain my parents' lawn. For the past 9 years, Lawn Doctor has done an outstanding job of providing routine service throughout the growing season and into the fall. When my Dad has had questions or issues regarding areas of the lawn that needed extra help, he has contacted the office and an technician would promptly be dispatched to investigate the area of concern. I have spoken with the service techs and they have all been knowledgeable, professional, courteous and friendly. These folks have taken my parents' lawn to the next level, and as a result, I have continued to provide this service to my parents. They are so proud of their lawn, and our local Lawn Doctor firm has made this happen! I have been using Lawn Doctor for quite a few years. Always been satisfied with everything that they do. I'm on the Bronze program and they come out nine times a year for fertilizing, weed control, seeding, etc. My tech is great! Always explains what application he is doing and why. Lawn Doctor is a very good service. They are there when they are suppose to be. They let you know what is going on with your lawn. I also get sprayed for mosquitos by the pool. Very satisfied.

My lawn was aerated and seeded in the fall by Lawn Doctor. Grass started to fill in some in the spring but then quickly browned and died. The only area that looks decent is where I had applied seed because it didn’t look like they had. I have weeds and huge bare spots that now I have to manage because it looks like zero work other than aeration was done to the yard. I’m not sure where the product I paid for is being applied, but it’s not in my yard.

I would have hoped with all the rain we've had this May that my grass would not be browning so early in the season. When the technician applied fertilizer and weed killer over a month ago, it didn't appear that he applied very much at all.

I have been a long time Lawn Doctor customer for many years. The company is very reliable the staff is courteous and always willing to help if there are any issues with the lawn. For instance, one year the dandelions were taking over the lawn! Lawn Doctor came out to do a separate treatment and problem was resolved. Lawn Doctor works with you with whatever situation you have and there's no pressure sales. I was dealing with a family illness a few years ago and I had to temporarily stop the lawn treatments. There was no hassle and no questions asked! Kudos to EXCELLENT customer service!!! Love our lawn!!!!

Very disappointed in this vendor. Hired them for fertilization services last year. They renewed without my approval this year, charged me for service I didn't request, and threatened to send me to collections if I didn't pay. When I called to talk to the owner I was ignored for two weeks. Two different employees I spoke to were very unprofessional. Disappointed.

Early in the year I made it clear I didn’t want their service any more. They still came out and did a service and billed me nearly $250. I spent nearly $2,000 with them the year before and my lawn looks no better now than it did then.

Lawn Doctor has taken care of our property for many years. Now I need them more than ever, since my husband passed. They have been very helpful. I will use them in 2023 for sure.

I am very disappointed with the quality of my lawn care this year.. my yard did not look good this year. They also did not respond to my inquiry on. $760.00 is a lot of money for the poor service that I received. Looking for someone else to do my lawn.

When I use Lawn Doctor of The Lower Eastern Shore, I do find that my grass looks much better. They are reliable and I think they do a pretty good job. However, I feel like they really need to improve their communication with their customers. I don't feel that I get answers to my questions without asking the same question a couple of times in different ways. It's kind of frustrating.

More like a lawn mortician. Killed my lawn completely, right down to a crunch. Owner came out for survey at time of contract, didn't know who we were when their incompetent employees killed the lawn!!!
