A great company to work with. They are always on time. And their prices are reasonable. In fact, they're lower than the previous company I had.

Dawn and Cody are amazing people who are impeccably responsive and professional, while maintaining a friendly rapport. As a local architect, the companies I recommend is a reflection of me and my business. The only pest control company I trust to recommend to clients, builders and neighbors is DC WATKINS. Scheduling and affordable payments are hassle-free. Plus, I don't have to worry about spiders, insects or mice.

We had an issue with some bug bites that looked like bed bugs but we couldn’t find any evidence of them in our home. DC Watkins was very helpful on the phone and someone was able to come by the same day to take a look. Fortunately, he did not see anything either but made some suggestions for us and was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I hope to not ever need pest services but I would absolutely contact them again in the future if needed!

Very honest business, which is rare today. I inquired about termite treatment. It was explained thoroughly how termites come about. Dave actually went into craw space and looked around. He explained why he felt I didn’t require his services. Said if it were he, he wouldn’t waste the money. This is an honest businessman, who I will definitely keep his number, if I require any of his services in the future.

Found some disturbing evidence under our windowsill which we thought was termites...We found DC Watkins and by their amazing reviews, how could we not call them...Cody came promptly when scheduled and was beyond knowledgeable and nice, he advised us, thank God that it was just carpenter ants...the problem has been taken care of and I would not hesitate to recommend them! Great service, great company!

In all honesty, I thought the birds were going to drive me out of my home. I searched for someone to come and remove them and got lucky with DC Watkins. They were professional and once my current pest control company's contract is over this summer, I will be reaching out to them again. I can't thank them enough for a job well done.

DC Watkins is by far the best at what they do. Dawn the office manager and Cody are just such a pleasure to work with. They were patient with me when I got thrown into the management position and they helped me get those critters under control. They are very professional and do an amazing job but above all, they are good people. DC Watkins is extremely thorough with their preventive treatments and I can throw a special service at them with no issues. I run a 124 unit apartment complex so when I say they do an excellent job, I know what I'm talking about!

DC Watkins, has serviced the Edgewell Personal Care plant for over a year. Their professionalism and attention to detail of our business and the quality assurance for our products has been extraordinary. DC Watkins visits the plant once per week for interior and exterior pest inspections. We have been very pleased with their services and pricing.

I own two homes. Dave, the owner promptly came out to give me an estimate on attacking my problem. One house had mice, German cockroaches, ants, and oriental cockroaches, and the other had mice and bedbugs. They also give an iron clad guarantee against their work. We decided to go with DC Watkins. Mike, our fantastic bug man, came out, he has completely irradicated all of our pest problems! Mike is super friendly and very knowledgeable. He was able to fix our problems after the first treatment! He has continued to return to make sure that the bugs stay away. Mike is a great guy he really goes above and beyond in explaining everything he does and even educates to allow us to better understand the habits of our unwanted guests. I am super grateful for him. I'm half tempted to invite him and his wife over for dinner just to show our appreciation for all the hard work he has done to turn our house into a comfortable, safe, clean, and pest free home. Very satisfied with the service from DC Watkins

We use DC Watkins at our apartment complexes and our tech Mike Lewis does a fantastic job! I would recommend him and the company to everyone and I'd use them in my own home if I ever had a problem. He is informative, professional, friendly, and dependable.

In the spring Mr Watkins came out, gave us references and a price quote for an ant problem we were having. Cody was the technician who came out and he is so polite and patient he should be teaching customer service! DC Watkins performed the service and they did a great job! This was not a simple problem as the ants were a type that Were not easy to locate the nest. 2 visits it was done and we never saw another ant! We hired the them to do our routine inspections and treatments as we live on a pond and do get various bugs. We have been very happy. Recommend them highly!

Highly recommend this company for pest control services and pest control management as they have been servicing a multiple of my rental properties and home since 2016. Had other big name/corporate managed companies that have either sold off or closed, but DC Watkins has well exceeded my expectations. High marks for Cody (tech) and Dawn, as they have been great to work with and better yet, the same individuals that I have worked with since day one (uncommon in all service industries) Because of great rapport and consistency of staff, I have not had to be at any of my properties for maintenance service or service calls as they have proven to be a very trustworthy and a customer service first focused organization.
