I originally posted a 1 star review after scheduling a pre-buy home termite inspection. Per my contract, I had 10 days to get an inspection. I scheduled with Plunkett for a friday, but when the scheduled day arrived, the technician never showed. This put me in a bind and left me scrambling to find someone to do the inspection inside my 10 day window, which ended the following Tuesday. I'm updating to a 3 star review, since Plunkett went ahead and came on Monday and completed the inspection. 5 st

I had moved into this home. Unknown to me it was severely infested with roaches. The landlords had Plunketts come out 3 times. Not once did he spray my entire house. How do you control an infestation if you aren't taking care of the entire home?? He's out for money not to take care of your problem. I'd suggest using another pest control company. I hear bug a way is better.

I don't know much about this company, all I know is that I moved into a new house they came by and said the previous owners had a contract and asked if we wanted to renew it. We gave the answer of no so they pulled all the termite traps from the yard, threw them in a pile by the garage, and then left.
