Bug-A-Way Termite & Pest Control

Have been using bug a way since we bought our house! We had spiders living outside of town and haven’t had any since we have started spraying!

I'm only giving a one star review because that is the lowest I can go. This company wanted 900 to come out to my single wide trailer to spray. This is ridiculous price when I know people that use them that don't even pay close to that amount. This is gouging in my opinion. Took my business to a far better company anyway. Beware if you try to use this company, their price is out of sight.

We had fleas the office sent the owner out it was 200 to spray they said if it doesn’t get work within 2 weeks they would come back and spray again for free, so we called and called would not get back to us said he was out of town now they won’t even answer the phone calls it’s been a month!! I don’t recommend this company for anyone they don’t keep their word and the poison doesn’t work and over priced

Very poor service. You have to wait for a tech to call you and then when I called back there was no answer and couldn't leave a voice mail. I even texted him. I called the office an didn't even get an apology. We are going with Orkin.

We had an inspection scheduled about a month ago or bed bugs after seeing one on our couch. They showed up in the early afternoon, when bedbugs are HIDING, said they didnt believe we had a problem, then left. We found another bug 2 days later. When they finally did do the treatment (after weeks of being bit) I returned home to find they bent several of my plugs out of shape while moving my furniture and then left half of it still pulled apart in disarray. All I have to day is if you wouldnt want to be treated this way during a service dont do it to others.

never came to the app and never left me a called of letting me know that they will show up. i lost 2 hours of work.
