Johnathan and trainee Nick came and helped us with the gnat problem by putting foam down all our drains. They also sealed leaks where mice may be able to get into the house. They arrived on time and were professional and got the jobs done. We consider this above-and-beyond service, and are most pleased.

Update 3/24/26 Today Alexander Matthews came to do indoor/outdoor spring treatment. My main issue currently is stink bugs and Alexander was so thorough treating my property and did a great job explaining the best plan of action to get them under control. Such a nice guy and did a great job! Johnathan Whiteman came today to do my bi-annual routine outdoor pest service. He was so polite and friendly and did a great job.

This is far by the worst exterminator I have ever dealt with. Whenever the guy comes out, he talks too damn much about nothing. He sets up a treatment plan, and then does not even commit to it. The only thing I can say is my bug problem has gotten much worse since he’s ever started coming to my apartment. And to mention, he tore up stuff in my apartment, did not even apologize for it, and offered nothing as a solution. I would not hire this company ever if I had anything to do with it. Unfortunately, my apartment complex has a contract with them. I would give 0 stars of Google allowed.

I haven't heard anything about damage to your belongings and I want to make this right. As far as the treatment scheduling, that is coordinated with your leasing office and while I'm sure the technician had good intentions when discussing with you, that is not necessarily in our control, and I apologize for the miscommunication. It is also (unfortunately) a normal part of the process to see increased pest activity right after treatment, but you should start to see a decrease soon - did you receive our prep list from your leasing office that explains this part of the process? I live in an apartment with corrupt management and have been trying to get service for 3 weeks. This company told the manager that they did treat the inside of my unit but I have never allowed anyone inside because I did not have 24 hour notice to prepare for treatment. I also have a camera at my door that proves no one entered my home except me. Now this company that made the error refuses to correct their lie and now I still have bug infestation problems because of this. If I could leave zero stars I would. When I called the pest control company they told me they won't speak to me because they don't deal with tenants. The pest control company will not own up to their mistake and call the manager and explain that service was not completed. I have emailed about this and no one has attempted to correct it still. I need the inside of my unit treated for health and safety. Will anyone correct this???

I understand that occasional mistakes can happen—that's part of any business. However, I believe that once an issue has occurred, there should be an increased effort to ensure it doesn't happen again. After my termite inspection, I was informed that the inspection fee would be applied toward the total cost of treatment. When that didn’t happen, I contacted the office, and the issue was corrected. During that call, I also explained that the work performed was not consistent with what I had been told or expected. I was offered a $50 refund as a resolution, which I accepted. Unfortunately, over a week has passed and I have not received that refund. When I followed up, I was told it had simply been “forgotten.” This is incredibly frustrating and inconvenient, especially after already experiencing prior issues. As a customer, it feels as though customer satisfaction is not a priority, which is disappointing.

Very bad service, not professional after his make the job the guy who is coming to my house just charge me money and leaving and he still needs to do everything and after one day all the ends is come back very bad service and no safe and not professional, and after the job is not answered to the phone

If they service your apartment complex, they will enter and leave your apartment even while you are sleeping. They entered my apartment early in the morning (before 9AM), did not announce themselves, and left a sticker on a table with their logo after doing who knows what in who knows where in my home. Someone from this company entered my home while I was sleeping and irresponsibly wandered my home with me in bed just feet away. I couldn't speak to the quality of their work, because their employee didn't think it necessary to wake the resident of the home they entered without permission.

Our technicians are provided with keys to service individual apartments, and we have permission from the complex to enter the units if no one answers the door. This is very common across many apartment communities and many other pest control companies. While technicians are instructed to announce themselves as they enter and leave if they see someone sleeping, we don't enter bedrooms, so we may not have seen that you were asleep in there. <br><br>I would like to be able to follow up on this so we can ensure everyone is following the proper procedures, and I want to make it right - could you provide the name of your apartment complex so we can look into this further? He came to my home twice, but I am not sure if he spired or not because the bugs still everywhere!!! I was not in home when he spired but nothing changed with bugs in outside of home!

I have put up with this company long enough. Once again, they were supposed to come and do an inside treatment last Friday, with a window from 8am to noon. At 12:30 I called, left a message to see when they would arrive. Again at 1:30. Again at 2:00. No one called me back. Someone called the following Wednesday to see if I wanted to reschedule. No apology. No explanation about what went on last Friday. I'm done.

Prior to purchasing our home, there was termite damage and they hired Petes to come out and treat. We had our own pest guy come out and they find ACTIVE termite damage. I call Pete's and get the runaround how they just 'spot treated' areas they saw damage not the entire house. However, he states they couldn't treat the front door where there was visible damage because the step was too thick, so they just didn't treat it. Which if I am correct is a reason to have their license revoked by the state because they failed to properly treat. So I ask well how come you didn't see the damage before, he said well they create satellite colonies so they can come from other areas, again so why didn't you treat the house correctly. Kept getting excuses and dodges. Going to pay our guy to treat it CORRECTLY and guess what its warranted for as long as we own the home. THANKFULLY, I didn't pay for this the prior owner did so I'm not out that money. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND STAY AWAY FROM PETES PEST CONTROL!!!! -------RESPONSE------- Wow, great response which clearly shows how you would treat future customers, thank you!!!

We did exactly what the homeowner (seller) requested and paid us to do that the bank required to close on the home.

Find someone else. Too busy for your business. They sign you up and then they are too busy to come out for over two weeks after not servicing you for over 8 months. I want my money back. We moved from this property on Sep 11, 2020. I was told that they did not service our prior home and our account had been placed on hold. No one contacted us to transfer the service to our new address. Sadly, my husband has been fighting cancer, I will take responsibility for not contacting you sooner. But when I did contact you and ask you to come out, your soonest availability was in two weeks. That is unacceptable. The man I spoke with said "we are just really busy this time of year, sorry" That is too busy for my business.

This review is the first time I am hearing about this particular issue, and rest assured I will look into the matter and figure out where we failed, and will fix it.<br><br>I did want to address what you said directly as this review as written was designed to impact others.<br><br>This property has been on service with us since 2018 without a single complaint. We last treated the property in the Fall, October 22nd of 2020. We did an inspection not related to general pest control on December 14th. We do not, and never have, automatically treat in the Winter, but I know you know that because you've been on with us for multiple Winters.<br><br>The reason being, the bugs are dead, and charging customers to put chemicals down unnecessarily is a waste of everyone's time and money so we don't do it.<br><br>We are due to come back out on April 30th for your Spring treatment. Last year, we treated the property on April 29th for the same Spring treatment.<br><br>It doesn't appear as though we've missed an appointment at this property or that anything is any different than any other year nor does it seem to deviate from the service timeline or type of treatments outlined on our website. We'll keep looking into it and see if there is language we can use to be more clear.
