This is far by the worst exterminator I have ever dealt with. Whenever the guy comes out, he talks too damn much about nothing. He sets up a treatment plan, and then does not even commit to it. The only thing I can say is my bug problem has gotten much worse since he’s ever started coming to my apartment. And to mention, he tore up stuff in my apartment, did not even apologize for it, and offered nothing as a solution. I would not hire this company ever if I had anything to do with it. Unfortun

I haven't heard anything about damage to your belongings and I want to make this right. As far as the treatment
I have only worked with LPC as a tenant (they are contracted by my property management) so I can't speak to pricing/etc but Samir and his team are truly wonderful. Diligent, patient, and very communicative. I have a recurring wildlife issue in my attic, and due to delayed maintenance on my roof, Samir and Henry are back every couple days to reset traps, keep an eye on camera footage, and adjust as needed. I always feel taken care of by them, which is appreciated when you're trying to evict chon
Samir was a classmate in high school and always a kind, sweet, funny guy. The same is still true! He came out and found a bat we had seen in our house. What could’ve been a super stressful experience was simple & easy. He was prompt, helpful, kind & thorough. It took about an hour to find the little guy, but he kept looking until he got him!
