Unfortunately, we have not had the best experience with this company and cannot recommend them. We started pest control with them and have had to ask them to come back out three separate times. This was in addition to the quarterly pest control that we pay for. Twice was for wasps and once was to ask they spray inside as we were seeing crawling bugs. I did send pictures but the bugs could not be identified. This past weekend, three of the same bugs were found again. Chem-tech did identify the bugs this time but they are charging an additional $89.00 to come out and treat.

We’re sorry to hear that you’ve been unhappy with your service.<br> When we did return to address the wasp issues it was at no charge, as that is fully covered under your Bi-Monthly service plan. You have never been billed for any additional treatments for pest covered by that plan. <br>We also offered to come out and inspect to see what you were having when you sent pictures that could not be identified and you denied that service which would of been at no charge. The insects you recently provided photos of were identified as German cockroaches. As outlined in your service agreement, German cockroaches are not included in the bi-monthly pest control program. This is because they are typically introduced into the home from a source and require a different, more specialized treatment approach than general exterior pest control.<br>That said, we always aim to take care of our customers. We offered to perform a German cockroach treatment at a discounted rate of $89 (regularly $175) . <br> This is the same discounted rate we offer all of our bi-monthly customers when they experience an issue with a non-covered pest. Many of our customers appreciate this as an added benefit of being on our program.<br> We attempted to reach you by phone to explain the difference and provide more detail, but only received your email requesting cancellation of service.<br>

Setting up our initial treatment was easy, great customer service. We even had to reschedule and It was no issue. Our technician, David, was fast, efficient, and very informative. Great communication about arrival time and dates. Absolutely can’t beat the price for the work these guys do and the quality. Super easy to make your payment online as well. Very happy to have them on board for our bi-monthly treatments now.

We have had Josh and crew out for pest control and use bi-monthly service. We have also had Josh out to raise our driveway and walkway and attic insulation.
