Truly appreciate the excellent and reliable services that Advanced Pest Control provides. Their team members are helpful and explain the treatment plans and are always courteous. I’ve been lucky enough to have Jacob come to do the pest control services the last several years, he’s a real asset to the company.

Trent was our technician today and even showed up early. He was very responsive to my concerns and very thorough. Very polite and respectful and answered my question I had. I would highly recommend this guy and the company he works for.

No! No sir! APC employee wouldn't/couldn't move beyond his implicit bias. On his word I was denied the service I so desperately needed. Very very old standing roof water did not produce one insect. Subsequently shaved my head due to the insects that don't exist laying eggs in my natural hairstyle. The circumstances alone support and prove the fact that your technician lied. The next day an unbiased exterminator confirmed active infestation. 🤬😡
Chad has a wonderful attitude and excellent customer service. He is very knowledgeable of his job and takes the time to listen and answer any questions we have.

We have called and requested service multiple times and were told the Pest technician would call - he never did and we never received a follow up. It’s been 3 weeks now and we have reached out 3 times at least.

Hi Mollee. I am sorry for the difficulty, let me look into this for you. It is our busy time, but we still like to get to our customers in a timely manner. I do show a call once from someone with your last name. I will do some back checking into this. <br>Our technician did call a Mr. Fleshman and discussed this back the end of June and he replied that he would talk to his wife and get back to us. We have not heard from you regarding a confirmation to do or not do service. Please let us know how you would like to proceed.
Called them out almost four years ago to address spider problem and have been with them ever since. After one treatment spider issue was gone. Have them come out ever since on a continuous basis to keep the house free of pest. They make it easy to coordinate inside house treatment and just take care of outside periodically. Easy to take care of payments. Everyone in my neighborhood is using them.

From emailing back and forth to having Greg come to our home, this company is THE BEST!!!!! Anyone would love to have Greg come take care of their property! Affordable, steller customer service, & bugs are gone👏👏👏 We're a soild customer with them now👍
