These guys do a great job! I hired Warren over a year ago to help boost my lawn and I’m pretty satisfied with the results. Their team is knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I’m more impressed by their attention to detail. I was skeptical about hiring lawn care services at first but they have definitely changed my mind.

We got a basic lawn care package from Warren Lawn and Connor came to apply fertilizer to the lawn. He took the time to see if I had any questions which is very helpful! Warren Lawn also lets me know the day before that they are coming to treat the lawn!

First application From Warren lawn… Very impressed! The tech that did the application, Connor, was very professional and knowledgeable. Actually came to my door and let me know he was here and asked if I had any questions before he proceeded. I received two Emails after he was done… One explaining what had been done, including photos of the yard. And a second one with a video explaining basic questions and how to care for the yard going forward. Very nice personal touches! Anyone I have used in the past just shows up, does the job, leaves and sends the bill. I’m very satisfied with this level of service and care!

So thankful I switched to Warren lawn. My yard has never been better. I appreciate the detailed video’s that are provided with each service. This is my first year with Warren Lawn Service after 10+ years with Trugreen. The personal service is excellent and my lawn appears to be healthier and fuller than it’s been in years!

While they were consistent with services, they never actually killed the weeds that we hired them for. And then, after canceling service, they’ve continued to spam me with texts and emails, despite requests to remove my information from their system. If you want constant hounding for more services permanently after cancellation, hire these guys. Edit: They said that my information isn’t in their system, though I’m still getting text messages from them. They recommended blocking their number. +1 star for effort, 2/5 stars for the fact that they cant actually stop the messages on their end.

Our goal is always to provide effective weed control and a positive customer experience, and we apologize if we fell short in either area. While there is no excuse for poor quality of service, dog waste all over the lawn on each visit, does make it a bit inconvenient for our technicians to do an effective treatment. <br><br>We also take privacy and communication preferences seriously. Every message we send out is accompanied by an opt-out message response. If you've requested removal from our system and are still receiving messages, that's a mistake on our part, and we will look into it immediately to ensure it's corrected.<br><br>We take your feedback very seriously and will discuss these things amongst our team to ensure all of our clients in the future get better results!
I'm so disappointed with Warren Lawn Services. What started out like a fairy tale ended in a sad tragedy. Here are some aftermath pics. My lawn looked absolutely amazing before I trusted Warren Lawn with my yard, and mind you I put in tons of work to make my yard looks pristine. It hurts to even look at these pics. Everything that looks holey, weedy, and brown is thanks to Warren Lawn. I do not recommend!! *A response to Warren Lawns. The reason my yard came back to life was because I spent hundreds of dollars and countless hours watering and tending to my yard after you damaged it. The weeds were exactly why I hired Warren Lawn in the first place, so those are on you especially since I was not a new customer this year. As for the shrub, I asked for it to be replaced. Instead it was remedied with a terrible trim job that I had to go back and fix. (Thanks for the bald spot on my shrub). Just wanted to make sure you get the facts straight and that anyone else that reads this gets all the details needed to formulate a great decision vs an ok one! 😉

Hi Josh, thank you for the review. Whether it's a 5 star review or a 1 star review, we take them all very seriously and appreciate the chance to learn and grow as a company. That being said, we'd like to address the entire picture.<br>First off, we are very sorry about the experience that you have had. We admit that while our relationship started out great, it has been a rough relationship towards the end. You were patient with us and always understanding, and we don't have any negative feelings towards you. You were actually a great client to work with. <br>When you signed up with us on October 3, 2023, we delivered a great service to you and your lawn was looking great. That continued into the Spring of 2024 up until this Summer. You even left us a great 5 star review here on Google, which we really appreciated. We realize that the frustration first started when your lawn had tip burn caused by the hot temperatures interacting in a negative way with the herbicide we were using. This was surprising for us since we applied the herbicide at 10:33am with a temperature of 81 degrees, well within the temperature requirements found on our product label. When we realized this had happened just within a few days, we immediately took action by stopping all use of that herbicide, until we could figure out what had happened. We also have strict guidelines on what temperatures we are comfortable with when we apply herbicide treatments. Adam came and visited your property the day of receiving your email entitled "Very Disturbed Customer". We took that request seriously. After that visit, we gave you a free organic fertilizer and gave you watering tips so help the lawn recover over the coming weeks. Given time, the lawn came back very nicely and was green again. Your lawn also had ongoing weed issues. We admit that we never like to see our lawns constantly struggle with weeds, and sometimes some lawns have more struggles than others, and yours was one of those. We returned to give you 2 free weed control treatments as to help with the weed issue throughout the season. Typically, when there is a weed issue like the crabgrass in the photos you attached, it takes much more than half of a season to remedy those and get control of the lawn. Lawn care is a long term game, especially when preventing grassy weeds. We only had the chance to serve you for 3/4 of a season. We admit that issues compounded when your front tree got over sprayed by the technician and burnt the bottom branch. We were made aware of this and know how this greatly affected you, so we offered several options including buying and planting a new tree for you. After gaining more knowledge of the situation and finding the best solution, we sent out a landscaper to trim up your trees for free and get those cleaned up for you. This was needed anyways as your trees hadn't been trimmed before. The other photo attached to this review shows the area where our aerator tore up some of your turf. On a younger lawn like yours, sometimes the plastic mesh that holds sod together is sticking up from the lawn. The tines of the aerator grabbed onto that plastic mesh and pulled up the turf. This is simply bad luck on our part. It's nearly impossible to see that plastic mesh and to know if your tines grab onto it, until it's too late. When your technician looked back and realized it, he immediately reached out to our office to notify us and knocked on the door to speak with you about it before he did anything else. He acted appropriately to help repair that area by putting the turf back and re-seedng it. <br>At the end of the day, we take full responsibility for anything negative and positive that happened with your property. We appreciate the chance we had to serve you and have learned a lot so that we can move forward to provide an even greater service to all of our clients. Mistakes were made, but we remain dedicated and passionate about bringing a quality service to all of our clients.
First time user for this business signing up in spring. Signed up for weed/crabgrass control, grub control and fertilizer. The first trip resulted in yard being fertilized and spot sprayed for obvious weeds. The spot spraying left yellow spots, killing surrounding grass. Also had two large 3x8 ft spots of grass killed as a result of spraying when the applicator did use his boom sprayer. I politely canceled the service and asked to be removed from their list but continue to get emails which is why I'm leaving a review after telling the owner I would not when I canceled. My suggestion is you ask for references and speak with customers before hiring.
