Iowa Pest and Termite

We had Tim from Iowa Pest out to do our termite inspection for our home sale, and we couldn't be happier with the service. He was incredibly thorough and kind throughout the entire process. He took the time to do the job right and left us feeling completely confident. We were so impressed and would highly recommend Tim and the Iowa Pest team to anyone!

Tim and his team are amazing to work with. We used them for pest control when we lived in Des Moines for years, and when we purchased a farm and moved to south central Iowa, we knew it would be a challenge to get the same level of service. After some failed attempts with other companies, I happened to reach out to Iowa Pest & Termite and Tim advised that they actually had some clients in the area and would be willing to drive a little further southeast to service us. Living in the country, we knew we would have to live with all the different bugs and spiders and rodents, but they have done an amazing job at assessing the area and with various treatments to make sure the nature stays OUTSIDE and our inside remains pest free!! We love Carl!! He is amazing. He takes his time - he is thorough and does not cut corners. He has thoughtful treatment plans that considers our layouts, any upcoming events we have planned at the farm, as well as our various free range animals and livestock dogs and barn cats. Hands down, one of the best companies and group of individuals I have worked with. We could not recommend them enough!

He checks in right way and asks if we are having any issues before he begins our monthly service. He is very thorough at his job and an absolute pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this company for all your pest needs! We had an ant problem and with 1 treatment our ants were gone and have stayed gone!! I like the reminders via email and text, because I get busy and forget, so it's nice to have the extra communication!! Our service has been excellent and we are extremely satisfied we chose to go with this company!!

I absolutely love Tim with Iowa Pest & Termite! Unfortunately, it took a nightmare situation to discover how great he is when my dogs & I were attacked by Yellowjackets in our backyard late one evening. Iowa Pest was one of only a few local companies that offer 24/7 emergency service, & after I called down the list, Tim was the only one to answer. He was at my house in less than an hour. He was extremely knowledgeable, had very reasonable pricing, made a plan for extermination, & kept me updated. Most importantly, he was a super cool guy to come help in a desperate situation. Now the Yellowjackets are gone & I have a permanent extermination company!

I've lost count how many years I've been using their service. They always do a fantastic job and go above and beyond to make sure you're happy. They are also locally owned which is a huge plus!

What an AMAZING company. We have been customers for 7 years now. Tim took care of us when selling a house and needed termite remediation. We made him follow us to our new house. Through the years, Tim has come to do our service and what a nice, honest, and friendly guy. There just aren’t enough nice things to say. The past couple treatments, he has sent Alex to us. Alex is an amazing person too. He knows answers to random bug questions or concerns and explains things so you understand and takes out the worry. He’s been a lot of fun to get to know and talk to (I might have kept him from getting home on time by talking this recent treatment). I could not be happier knowing we have Tim and Alex in our corner. These two are the absolute BEST. Thanks, Tim and Alex!!!

Fair pricing and fast service!!

Awesome service!!! Iowa pest have serviced several of our locations over the years. They have great pricing and most importantly the bugs stay away. I totally give 5 STARS!!

We had a newborn and my mother was coming to visit and suddenly we have fleas. I called in on a Saturday, which also happened to be beggars night. Timothy came out promptly on the holiday weekend, gave great instruction, and got rid of our fleas. We had a follow up visit which was quick and easy to ensure the job was complete. I would recommend them to anyone!

**Opportunity in Communication**About 3 weeks ago I contacted this company for termite services. Tim came right away to evaluate the service needed. He let me know that he would send a quote later that day. Over the next week following the initial visit I called three times to request the quote and was told it was going to be sent to me. Fast forward to today, services have been completed by another company and I’m yet to get a call back from Iowa Pest and Termite.

Very friendly and prompt when inquiring about services. Arrived and have a fair estimate and was able to do what was needed at that time. Very pleased.
