I called and they were able to come out within a few days in the same week. The people I spoke with over the phone were very friendly and helpful. Brandon, the tech who came to spray, was also pleasant with both my wife and I and did a thorough job. I highly recommend Bugsy’s! Great overall experience

Chris came out to assist me with a wasp problem. He was very knowledgeable and also very kind. He knocked down 4 nests and sprayed for the insects. He found how they were entering my home and advised how to fix it. I would highly recommend this company to anyone having a pest issue. They are prompt, courteous, and will ger the job done efficiently.

Just had my first visit from Bugsy's Pest Service today. Mark explained their services & prices. He's so friendly & answered my questions. He was very thorough. Checked inside & outside for possible entry points. He even gave my kitten a compliment on her mousing skills. So glad I contacted them.

5 stars all around. Bugsys are easy to get a hold of and to make an appointment with quick turn around time for when they need to come out. Been having them come out at least once a year for the past 3-4 years for wasps. Easy to talk to. I am able to text them pictures of my concerns. Never had any problems with them and will continue to use them for any bug problems I have!

Bugsy came to our home within an hour of my phone call. Bugsy sprayed and knocked down 21 wasp nest. We have not seen 1 wasp since. And the cost was exactly what I was quoted. THANK YOU BUGSY!

Brad thoroughly explained how his product worked to rid bed bugs at my elderly father’s home. His treatment isn’t as difficult to prepare for as other types and it absolutely worked! He was professional and explained to me how they were brought into the house. I am grateful for all his help during difficult times.

Bugsy has been servicing my home for about year. Every effort to try and find out how the mice keep getting into my home never stops. Today on a visit, Brad found two possible issues. One was a major issue in my foundation/addition. When the contractor was called, it was determined the furnace exhaust pipe dislodged in my crawl space and it could have been carbon monoxide poisoning for me. Thank you Brad. I really appreciate you.

Bugsy has eliminated many of the pests we have in this old house. Wasps, stink bugs and probably some I've never seen -- both inside and out. Brad has always been prompt, courteous and very thorough. You'd be wise to give them a call.

We had a good sized nest of Bald Face Hornets. The nest was low hanging, about 20 feet from the house, and was nearing the size of a soccer ball. It was a dangerous situation for our family, especially considering the aggressive nature of these hornets in addition to the fact we have small grandchildren who like to play in that part of the yard. While searching for someone who could help us, I ran across Bugsy's on the internet. They had good reviews and a chat option on their site (which was unusual in itself based on other companies I had looked at), so I decided to give them a try. Brad responded to my chat session almost immediately. He quoted me a price based on my description, and after I gave the OK he said he would be out shortly. Upon his arrival, we had a good discussion about Bald Face Hornets. It was clear he knew his business, and was familiar with these aggressive stinging insects. After treating the nest, he said he would be out the next morning to physically remove the colony, and that’s exactly what happened. By 10:00 AM the day after I made first contact, our problem was resolved……. gone. In addition, his paperwork and documentation are awesome (invoices and service reports). I would definitely recommend Brad (and Bugsy's) to one and all. Rest assured if we ever need help with pest control on our property in the future, I’ll be contacting them…. no question about that.
