Called to find a certain employee.
The techs (Albert) are really great to deal with however, the customer service is yet to be desired in the office. They was one EXTREMELY rude lady in the front office. Another told me I needed to call back a month from now to schedule an appointment for a problem that I have right now. I understand understaffing but again, why isn't customer service a priority? They have been very difficult to work with.

We live in an apartment building that uses Aable Pest Control 6 times a year per unit. In the 3 years we have been here there has always been issues with the crew sent out. The supervisor got into a verbal fight with my husband one time and I called and spoke with the owner Mike. He did nothing about it. He doesn't care about his customers all he cares about is the money. We are moving out of this apartment building and once we get our own place we will never use Aable Pest Control in our own home. They are the worse company in Waterloo. Just today they were back for their 6th time this year and gave attitude again. This whole year they haven't brought the dog with them. Today they came through our unit and before leaving our unit the one guy said they were bring the dog in. We have 2 cats and they expect us to lock them up in their own home. When they tried to come back we said no they couldn't come in. We have 10 units on our floor and we did not hear them go into every unit. They were just going to select units. We asked the guy when he came in the first time if he saw anything and he said no but that he didn't look all that well. How is that our fault and why should we have to punish our pets for their incapable employees?? WORSE COMPANY EVER.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. It sounds as if our procedure and K-9 services have not been thoroughly explained.<br><br>We have had our bed bug K-9 each service this year. What we must do is first inspect each unit the dog is supposed to enter. We have to look for a cluttered environment, food debris on the floor and tables, possible exposed drugs or pills and loose pests. If we find any of these things we cannot allow the dog to enter due to his safety and he cannot perform with the food or loose pets distraction. We also keep our eyes open for a heavy noticeable infestation that we do not need the dog to find. You see, with a light infestation we would have to really mess up the dwelling to find them. Flip mattresses, couches and empty out every drawer and much more. This takes a very long time and is very inconvenient to the people living there. The dog can smell them without having to put people through all of that and get through a unit in just a couple of minutes instead.<br><br>We are sorry for the inconvenience of asking you to place your cats in the restroom for a couple of minutes, but it really is necessary if we want the dog to be able to perform. We rarely have anyone who has an issue placing their cat or other pet in the restroom for just a couple of minutes, but we understand everyone is different.
