great results...terrible communication...almost a deal breaker...but you did such an effective job that I figured I'd try to be mellow...but that only goes for so long...we now have a schedule and we will see if it gets better...also your billing needs work...I had to chase you down to pay...

Technician left door unlocked. Signed up for quarterly service but get service sporadically about every 6 months

I have used Menninga for several years and I find Shawn to be reliable. Today pest control was completed by a new team member and he did well. With additional experience, pest control will become second nature to him.

I have called and left messages multiple times but never have gotten a return call.
The work was fine, but we are supposed to be on a rotation, and have had to call several times to get them to come.
Shawn came out right away and we got a grown hog/wood chuck the next day.. Excellent service

I have yet to use their services, but I was in a bind with a complicated situation, and he was ready to leap into action with a great plan and it was designed to fit my specific needs. I will be scheduling with them exactly because they were ready to be there when I needed them!
Nate is a great technician. He was very kind of a took care of all of our pest stations.
