Dowie Pest Control

Owner was very unprofessional! Checked on our house owned by our father who passed away. We were trying to get house sold. He Assumed Termites…He Never found any proof! Looked at 2 joists in basement that had been the same for 21 years, no lie!! Assumed Termites. No samples taken and he doesn’t even treat termites for his pest control business! Took a couple pics of same joist that had been the way it was for 21 years and no trails ever found from any termites left that usually are left the majority of time! No other pic evidence gathered just assumption pics!!! An Assumption that costed a family who’s father passed just a few months earlier than the House call of $80.25 house check. That is bad business! Needed to have evidence and literally show Realty company and owners the proof of actual termite damage! We would recommend it you talk to this man who own’s Dowie Pest control, ask him multiple questions or Stay away from his business! He is not very reliable for termite inspection in our book and have heard multiple inquiries about him not following through and not caring about his possible future customers for his, so called Professional business. NOT! Would suggest people not seek Dowie Pest Control out to give any home the proper business it deserves! Not very good people person either.
