I got stuck in heavy snow around 3 a.m. while heading to the gym, and Joel helped me out. He got my car unstuck quickly and then plowed around me to clear a path to the gym. He also made sure there was a clear way out for when I was ready to leave, which I really appreciated. He was professional, helpful, and went above what I expected, especially at that hour and in those conditions. It made a stressful situation much easier. Employees like him make a big difference. He deserves recognition and honestly a raise for the effort he put in. EASY five stars.

I had Max Turf come and service my lawn last year. First off they would skip portions of my lawn back by the alley regularly. Then I canceled because of this and dissatisfaction with their service. Two week’s after I had cancelled they came out and serviced my lawn. Then I began receiving bills for the service I didn’t want. I have tried calling many times and left messages but no answer just more bills.

Derrick has been treating my huge ash tree since the emerald ash borer has came to town. There's no evidence of any damage from the nasty little insects. I like spending time in my yard and without the shade my ash provides life would be miserable. I don't use any lawn care service for my tiny yard, but if I did, I would have MaxTurf do it for me.

Just beginning service w/ MaxTurf & so far have been very impressed with Derrick & his communication in regards to my questions & concerns w/ the present state of my lawn, their plans & guarantee if needing to come back to address weeds that were not taken care of w/ treatment. Lauren, office mgr, also was easy to talk to & followed up with an email. I spoke with my neighbor who noticed the MaxTurf sign in my yard & he said he has always been happy with their service & the people he has gotten to know with the company . I have been using MaxTurf for about 2 years. They were excellent in the beginning, but this past year it has been increasingly difficult to get a return call from Derrick, text or email response which is very frustrating. Their account representative, Lauren, is super unprofessional and lacks customer service skills. She is the reason we ended service today. They have also made it very difficult to pay an invoice when it should be a fairly easy process. Too much of a headache to deal with. Don't waste your time with this company.

Communication is a top priority for our team, and we try very hard to return all inquiries. I’ve searched through our voicemails, text messages, and emails and haven’t found anything missing. Emails were answered within 12 hours, there are no text messages, and voicemails in the office are checked twice a day. If I have missed something, I would love an opportunity to correct it and adjust our procedures for customers moving forward.<br><br>Lauryn is an integral part of our team and does a great job for us. We wouldn’t be able to accomplish what we have without her. Her professionalism and extensive experience have been invaluable to us.<br><br>Regarding payment methods, we understand the frustration with our mobile device login requirement. While this affects only a small number of clients, we always offer alternative payment options and encourage autopayments for hassle-free transactions.<br><br>We genuinely value your business over the past two years and want to express our gratitude for your trust in us. Last year they treated my yard and my son’s yard. Always had issues with invoices. Apparently I was told one was sent out in November but didn’t get to me until January? Anyway since a treatment was not remembered I asked for a breakdown for the year. Which they promptly provided and I paid what was due. When asked about this year I was told (I quote) “Your home and your son’s home are outside of our normal service area, and for that I think you will be better served by another lawncare company.” Out of curiosity I had my daughter who lives 3 miles away from my son, request a quote. Amazingly, one was provided. Bottom line don’t question your billing — they will drop you with some lame excuse.
