Frontline Lawn & Landscapes

I had Frontline give me a quote for building a retaining wall back in December 2023, which included sodding the yard around the wall. I paid up front and they began working on the wall. The crew was very nice and although the wall took 3 weeks instead of the quoted 3 days, and they hit a gas line underground while working (but they made it right), the wall looked very nice when they were done. Understandably, they weren't able to lay sod as it was the winter. Fast-forward to spring 2024, and the sod still wasn't laid, despite us having paid for it. I called, emailed, and texted the new owner countless times over a period of several months reminding him we needed to get the ground sodded, including informing him we would be listing our house for sale soon. Eventually our house did sell, and the sod still wasn't laid. I told Frontline I wanted a refund for the sod portion, and eventually after two months of my texting and calling, the refund came. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend using this business, primarily because I wasn't impressed with the communication throughout the refund process. For what it's worth though, the retaining wall looks very nice.

these guys backed into one of my trailers pushing snow and have not done anything about repairing it. they sure got that invoice out for the snow service no issue though!!!!

Frontline damaged my drain spout extension by riding over it with a lawn mower and has repeatedly said they would come out to my house to fix it but going on over a year and a half with numerous attempts, they have not completed the repair. Matt Wonderlin responds to say he will take care of it, but doesn't follow through and has now gone unresponsive. Proceed with caution doing business with this company.
