I had Fenix for 1 1/2 years. Although they were expensive, they did what I asked them to do, and the technicians were good. While going through a remodel, I paused my service. During that remodel, a competitor offered the same exact service for 1/2 the price, so I notified Fenix I was canceling my service. What followed was ridiculous. They called non-stop to try and get me to reconsider, sent technicians to my house three different times to try and do a service I told them I no longer need

When we originally signed up with Fenix, we made it specifically clear that we needed to have a window of time on the day of service, and a phone call from the service person when they were on their way. GUESS WHAT??? This doesn't happen with your company. What do you do??? No window, no call, you just show up and expect the customer to be there. Do not use this company. I had them for 2 years and they never got rid of the ant problem. I tried to cancel the service and they talked me into using better chemicals from them and it still didn't work. So I tried to cancel the service since I moved and they told me I still had to pay for the next service since it was within 30 days. So even though I told them I do not live at the address and do not have money they still came and charged me. This company loves their hidden terms and conditions
