had an inspection done and was told he didn't find anything in apartment but when he inspected my vehicle the technician i believe said his name was Martinez said he spotted a bug by the door frame but didn't pick it up and when I picked up what he thought was a bug was a round piece of leaf he wouldn't even look at me when I went to show him and told me he recommended a treatment to be safe and that all sprays and chemicals bought either in stores or online just defeat the treatment the

***bat finally caught by Chris. Still no contact from management even after contacting corporate numerous times. Aside from Chris Gamma this is a worthless company to work with. **UPDATE 12/02: On 11/12 there was a bat in the master bedroom. Obviously all entry points were not sealed. Chris went the next day to try to catch it and could not locate it. I can not get management to return my call to schedule a new inspection to figure out where it entered. I truly just want to pay my bill! However

I noticed squirrels tearing insulation out of my house near my attic. I called Terminix. Seemed like it was answered in a call center. The woman I spoke with clearly did not speak English as a first language, which is fine; however, that may have been the reason my phone number was documented incorrectly. I asked the woman if they do animal damage repair and was told that they do. An appointment was scheduled for the 30th, 10-11:30. I had to work, so my mom waited at my house for them. Th
