Geoffrey is fantastic! Not only do we (those of us who work in the office) love him, but our residents love him too! He is genuine, extremely knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and always goes above and beyond! His customer service is out of this world. He goes out of his way to educate you which all of us appreciate as we can reciprocate that information to our residents! On a scale of 1 (Bad) to 10 (Great), Geoffrey exceeds 10 without a doubt.

Shared mice issue with the technician who check all space to see what could be the entry point of these varmints. Also trained me the proper placement of traps inside the house. PAppreciated the ability to call him back if the mice reappears.

I’ve been using Terminix for three years and the technician Ben does a great job. I have not had any pest or insect issues since I began service with them. I had a wasp issue a few yrs ago but not anymore. I highly recommend Terminix and a friend recently signed up with them. Good job!

The representative that comes to spray and check areas in the building for bugs does a wonderful job. Boone is always courteous and asking specific questions if we do have any specific bug issues (which we have not) and he’s always so pleasant to share conversations with as he is doing his job. He often times checks rooms he doesn’t normally check which I appreciate.
