We appreciated Shane coming out to our house and preforming pest control. He was very nice and understanding. 5 stars all around.

Genie pest control does a fantastic job. We have them come every 90 days and they are always thorough. We never have am issue with unwanted insects in our home.

Kelby has been spraying my apartment for a few years now, and I absolutely love him! He sits and chats with me for a little while and pets and plays with my animals I haven’t had any issue with bugs or anything of that matter since I’ve used his services!

David, the owner is a great guy. We love the way their techs are so friendly and have a great sense of humor. They are personable, reliable and answer all of our questions. Can’t recommend them enough.

Genie has been serving us shortly after we moved here in December of ‘21. Every person who has come to visit has been professional and personable. This shout out goes to Kelby Albers in particular who took over after the previous tech retired. Kelby is friendly & attentive, and we often have amiable chats during his visits. He always gives scratches to cats (when they deign to grace him) and our (overly) friendly dog who sometimes tries to help if it’s too cold to put him outside during the process.

I have been using them for over a decade and they are WONDERFUL!!!

I have been using Genie Pest Control quarterly for several years and am happy with them also if you have mice issues they can help, and in the summer months I use them for mosquito control which helps when sitting outside

Cost to much

Very nice customer service and the person who came to the house was very polite. This is the 2nd year I use their services for the field mice that try to come into my house every winter.

Needed a termite inspection and they didn't call back to set a date.

Super quick service!

I was pleased with service over the telephone, however, the tech was over an hour late. The original tech "got held up on another call"...first I was told 10-15 minutes when I called the office. Then I received another call saying that a different tech would be arriving in 10-15 minutes. Overall, I waited over an hour for a tech to arrive. The tech was friendly and from what I could tell, did a thorough job of treating the area. Three stars because of the lack of coordination and the long wait time even though I had an appointment.
