I was pleased with service over the telephone, however, the tech was over an hour late. The original tech "got held up on another call"...first I was told 10-15 minutes when I called the office. Then I received another call saying that a different tech would be arriving in 10-15 minutes. Overall, I waited over an hour for a tech to arrive. Genie has been serving us shortly after we moved here in December of ‘21. Every person who has come to visit has been professional and personable. This shout out goes to Kelby Albers in particular who took over after the previous tech retired. Kelby is friendly & attentive, and we often have amiable chats during his visits. I have been using Loess hills landscaping for the past few years, thanks to my daughter and son-in-law for paying the bill for me. I just had Loess hills aerate and overseed and I can't believe how reasonable the bill was. I highly recommend them to do your yard if you want reliable and affordable yard care. Great job Brad and your crew.
Last '17 Fall we hired Brad to spray our undesired carpet of 'dandelion' weeds on our farm. The real test came this Spring (right now) in blooming season, & we have none!!! We have.a huge yard space & it is so enjoyable to have green grass with no 'yellow' weeds. Thank you. Dennis & Geri Nelson, Treynor.

Kelby has been spraying my apartment for a few years now, and I absolutely love him! He sits and chats with me for a little while and pets and plays with my animals I haven’t had any issue with bugs or anything of that matter since I’ve used his services!
