Update: Do not use this company! My husband just went to the address they have listed in Bettendorf and there is no one there - just a lockbox on the door which explains the lack of responsiveness described below. We paid over $400 for 5 services this season and have only received 2 of the 5 services, a lawn full of weeds, and no response to our complaints after talking to them four times. I have been using NatureScape for the last four out of five years. One year I tried another service that was twice the price and had horrible results. I have found NatureScape very reliable and professional. If I have a problem (like stubborn weeds), they will come and do an additional application at no charge. We have used them for 3 years now. The first and second years were great, they came in a timely manner and our yard looked much better after the application of their products. However, this year has not been good. They did not come in a timely manner for fertilizer applications and our yard has been overrun by weeds - that is likely due to lazy application of their products.
