This company is amazing. They took me seriously when I explained the mouse problem I was having. They cared that I was too afraid to check the traps, and made Multiple house calls To make sure progress was being made. It wasn’t much more than a week, and my problem was completely gone. They are effective, efficient, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I would use them 100 times over and recommend them to everyone.

We have Kevin treat our home quarterly for spiders, earwigs, & silver fish. Kevin seems so knowledgeable and loves our dog. :) In the past, I have also used them for a church property that we used to oversee. Tammy, in the office is always helpful and friendly. Without hesitation I would recommend them.

I called Advanced Pest Solutions for help after a previous pest company did not tend to our repeated complaints of spiders in and all around our home. Technician Josh R was SO helpful, kind and easy to talk to. We have not seen spiders since! I couldn’t be happier with our service.

The Specialist spent almost an hour here and was very courteous, but the price was $40 higher than all our other visits.

We have always had great service from Tammy and her Team. Our past service was completed by Josh. He talked with us before spraying. We walked the house to explain our issues and Josh completed everything as we discussed. Josh found a solution for a small ant problem we had in our driveway as well.

Had them come out for spiders fleas and gnatsupon purchase of home. They stated they would have to come back for second application as the chemicals would react poorly 3 months later they came back and charged me again. I then asked them to redo a flee control wich did nothing and they still charged. Very nice ppl however their service is mehhh at best. I do not feel their products work as they should. Consider a more established service such as orkin as they guarantee their service whereas Advanced pest solutions obviously do not.

Ken and Selena Rock! I didn't get the opportunity of having them come out to my property due to my address being outside of the locations that they serve. But they were extremely helpful over the phone! They not only answered all of my MANY questions but also had me send them an email with videos and pictures to help identify and guidencd on where to treat my yard. Disappointed that I spent $130 for someone to point out a couple small holes on the outside of my home (but did not fill them,) put out bait packets (which he said he normally would put in a “bait station,” but his truck was out of them so they were just placed around my home,) and not even set a single trap. I chose this company based on reviews and was considering the quarterly plan but I do not feel my money was well spent. After paying this company $130 I had to go to Menards and pay $50 more for spray foam and mouse traps.

Very professional and helpful pest control techs. The pet safe chemicals they used have helped rid of bugs that have been an issue in our home for years. We are getting relief finally from the pests. They do indoor and outdoors and honor with a warranty too. Prices are expected for this service in the Quad Cities. They assist with ALL kinds if bugs and mice. Always very nice employees and technicians.

3 rounds 2 chemicals..... there was no warranty so I was not so sure at first it was a difficult environment presented numerous challenges and treatment was new technology called aprehend that came out in 2017 by a company named conidiotec..... advanced pest though assured me he had high confidence in his product and his ability to exterminate the problem regardless of tight quarters and being under obvious remodel. It took awhile 2 rounds at 3 month intervals a whole lot of work and financial investments on our end to store organize and clean everything neccesary but in the next week a final blow with a different chemical...Monty has given me hope that there population will be zero. 1 in 5 households in America have them and they ain't no joke sleep tight don't let the bedbugs bite

Receive a call from a debt collection today to tell me I owe this company 107$. I had service done back in may of 2020. When I called the woman who answered asked me if I had proof of the “online” payment. I do not. I asked if they would have proof in their system. No they didn’t. She stated they had a new system in which doesn’t have the information. All though my service was done and they also came back in the allotted time frame to do a re-spray and they had all that information. So please tell me how I got a re spray from a service I never paid for? Thanks advanced pest solutions for your service. I paid 80$ and now I have to pay 107$ for no reason. Very unprofessional.

What a terribly run company. Scheduled an appointment a week and half in advance and made special plans to be there when the person came to treat my house. 15 minutes past when the person was supposed to be at my house, I called to make sure they were still going to show up. I was informed I was removed from the schedule and they claimed they left me a voicemail earlier in the week to let me know. I don’t have time for unorganized and unprofessional companies. If you feel the same, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE
