Our satisfaction with his service showed us his family centered values right from the start We have lived in 7 different states and have had good and bad exterminators. D&D is better than anyone else we have hired. Super responsive and great communication from initial contact to the moment he arrived. Price is MORE than fair. Great value for the service. No "buyers remorse" or feeling taken advantage of. No super expensive contract that is so overpriced and booked out for months on end to get service. I felt like D&D treated us with respect during the quote (which only took about 3 minutes). Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, extremely prompt in coming out, and has prompt and excellent communication. D&D had the tools and prior experience to provide a quality service. Will be a quartly repeat customer from today on.
