Erik was the 3rd professional we turned to to prevent Starlings from coming in thru a very noticable hole, and falling into our fireplace. Erik was not only on time, (which is extremely important to me) but early! He had photos to show me the full, upclose problem, explained what needed to be done to fix the problem, and gave me a very reasonable quote. Even though he came to give an estimate, and we were his last house for his work day, he went and got the materials and machine he needed, came back and fixed it! WOW! Customer service! Eric is very nice, easy to communicate with, and I give him and his company 10 stars out of 5!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

October 23, 2025 Erik at Creed Pest Control has been providing excellent service for our home for over 2 years now. His experience and expertise is superior to others. Our previous provider often sent “rookies” with little knowledge and experience, no suggestions, and repeatedly skipped over simple tasks even when asked, such as removing wasp nests. Erik’s communication is excellent! He texts us in advance when they are going to perform an inspection, are thorough in the inspection and treatment, letting us know if we need to be there or not ( invariably, we don’t have to be present) and is extremely responsive to any questions we have. He always responds promptly with any questions. He is simply THE BEST!, and we highly recommend him!

Noticed a new yellowjacket nest and was stung several times. Notified Creed on Sunday and was replied affirmatively they would work us into the Monday schedule. They did and the nest is dead.

We discovered a massive yellow jacket hive in our basement and called Creed. Erik was at the house within 30-minutes and treated the entire hive in short order! Finding a giant hive inside your house is quite terrifying, but Creed dealt with the problem quickly and professionally! Thanks, Erik!!

I am very happy with Erik and Nate at Creed Pest Control. We have moles and voles and after we rolled the yard 2 days later we had fresh tunnels. I texted Erik and within 30 minutes they were at my home inspecting the lawn and put more bait down. Wonderful to work with. Will recommend to anyone!

Erik and his team were great! We had a mouse problem last Fall during harvest and before we hit that season again this year, we knew we had to do something. Erik showed up on a Tuesday for an inspection and on Friday, he and his team had all of the mouse entry points sealed. They showed up promptly and were so kind! They will be our go to rodent stoppers in the future!

Our family has been using Creed Pest Control on the monthly plan for well over a year now. We initially worked with Erik when their was evidence of mice in our basement. He did an extremely thorough job on the initial appointment of "mouse proofing" the home. We have not had indications of mice in the home ever since that initial appointment. We have also had much less activity of other bugs in the home we were accustomed to prior to utilizing their services. Additionally, if I ever have a one-off issue, Erik and team are more than willing to stop by our house and help resolve the issue. What their team helps provide is peace of mind knowing any pest issue we come across will be taken care of in a timely manner. We couldn't be happier with our decision to use them and plan to continue using them for the years to come. PS - If you wonder why the company is named 'Creed' Pest Control, it's in relation to Erik's prior service in the military. He had a creed while serving in the military, and wants to apply his creed to his business.
