Their drivers don't like stop signs or red lights. Especially the driver with Illinois plates ending in 80B tk plate If they can't be professional as drivers how can you expect t them to be professionals in your home!

Update: Called March 21st, 2024. The representative scheduled an appointment for March 22nd, 2024. Told the representative that the technician had to be here and done before 2pm. So the appointment was made for 8am - 12. 12 came and gone, no technician showed up. Called and was told a new technician should be calling my phone shortly to come here. By 1pm, no call and no technician. Called yet again and the lady on the phone needs a manager to call me and reschedule. Told this representative that not only a reschedule but some form of compensation for wasting my time. I’m half tempted to call the BBB. So initially I called and made my appointment. The answering service gave me a day with the hours of 1pm to 5pm. Day of the appointment I called at 4:50pm and was told I was still scheduled. Well the technician no called and was a no show. The next day I called to say what the….. is going on. This answering service lady said she saw no appointment scheduled. She stated she would look into it. I go to work and the service calls back, even after saying to call after 3pm. Well they left no voicemail. I callback and now was informed that a appointment was scheduled without my consent. So I change this appointment time to one that suits me. Once my technician came he took proper Covid safety precautions. Greg, my technician, was super friendly, explained step by step of what he was doing and accomplished his task in a reasonable time frame. It is only because of Greg’s service I’m giving a 3 star vs a 1 star.

The initial phone call was wonderful and hassle-free. I was given a quote and felt the price was fair. The invoices our company received were nothing as to what was in the email correspondence and I attempted to cancel this service. They still keep showing up at our locations and invoicing us even though they have been cancelled. The pest control techs are turned away at the door since we no longer do business with them and yet they still send invoices. I am highly disappointed since the beginning was so promising.

This is a lousy unorganized company do not USE! ...technician will not show as scheduled and when they do they show at very end of the window .....Do Not use!

Disappointed. Service was not as advertised. Disputed the charges through CC company. Anderson didn't respond so I assumed we were square. Now Anderson has been assaulting us via collection agencies for the past 10 months. Wishing I would have never contacted Anderson in the first place.

One star just to write this post. I called for service in an apartment building I own for black ants. I gave them my CC info as they said they had to have it for the service to be performed. The Tec didn’t show up after the tenant waited all day for him and took off work. The next day still no show and couldn’t guarantee for the next date they said the Tec would be out which I found to be actually insane and unprofessional. I canceled the call and called another company that company came out that day as promised. So now it’s nearly 2 months later and they just charged my CC $295!!! I was on the phone fighting to get my money reimbursed and was told it could take up to 30 days after dispute and I may not get my money back! Well that’s plain out robbery. You took money with out being authorized for a service you didn’t do and was canceled. Do not give this company any form of payment untill service is complete and I suggest paying cash so they can’t charge you in the future for service that we’re not preformed. PS. They still have my money! I haven’t gotten a refund!

In March of 2022 we contacted Anderson to set up home service. This summer I called to have them come out for bee problem. An appointment was made. They never showed up and never called to explain why. I called them and canceled the service. They continue billing me card $39.00 each month. I called and talked to a "Tonya" who said she would take care of it and get a refund started. We just got the new statement and were billed again. I called and was told they were having technical problems and she would pass this on to billing. That's the same thing I was told twice before. I see another reviewer had the same problem.

I will tell everyone I know to not use this company. We were warned ourselves not to use them. We had an appointment scheduled for last Friday. They said someone would be out at a set time. After that timeframe elapsed we called to check if everything was ok. We were told that the tech had one stop and then out to us. Another 2 hours or so went by so we called again. We were told someone else was on their way. Neither tech ever showed up. We called again and were told someone would call us back. Nobody called. We were then charged for both techs (neither of who showed up). After another call we were told the charges would be reversed by Wednesday at the latest. Of course that did not happen! This company is awful

Stood me up twice. Once on sept 16 2022 and once on sept 21 2022. Joe the sales rep. Said I’d get my house treated once a week for 3 weeks. Never showed up for the third. When I called they said the third appointment was never made. My call recording proves that wasn’t true but whatever. So I rescheduled and they didn’t show again. When I called to complain I got hung up on mid sentence and sent to their survey. Joe called me assuring me I had never set up the third appointment but I record my calls to keep people honest which clearly they are not! I switched to orkin. I strongly recommend against this company!

My experience with Anderson Pest Solutions was simply one of the worst consumer experiences I've had since owning a home. I'm a fairly reasonable guy. It takes quite a bit for me to get to the point of feeling compelled to leave a review, but I just felt this needed to happen. I originally contacted Anderson after purchasing a home in Crown Point in the late summer of 2021. We had a Wasp problem. I was sold on the 365 care package and having had worked in the pest control industry years ago as a technician, I knew how valuable it would be to have regularly schedule appointments to ensure limited pest issues. The technician was great. I don't recall his name, but he came out and took care of the issue with the wasps. The only problem is.....I didn't hear from Anderson again after that. I was under the impression 3-4 regular visits would be scheduled as well as any spot treatments as needed. I received zero calls, emails, or anything to get anything on the books. I still saw my card being charged regularly, so this prompted a call from me in the spring of 2022. Someone came out to do a pre-summer treatment, and this technician was also pretty good. I felt a little like he was going through the motions a bit, but I get it - unless there is an actual issue, it's truly just walking around the house and spraying. I was pleased he came. Zero contact again all summer - which is when MOST pests show up. We had issues with flies in our garage, sugar ants, and fruit flies that I ended up taking care of myself - but still saw my card being charged for a service I was not getting. Ultimately - I contacted corporate to cancel my "services" and was apologized to and told someone would call me to discuss the issues. Spoiler alert - nobody called me and it's been 3 weeks since the contact I had with corporate. Just overall very unhappy with this experience.

We had an appointment with a no-show, one of the annoying things was someone called us in the am to remind us of the appointment for that day. So the next business day we call to find out why a no-show happened and to cancel our service. It took three weeks and two calls to get that refund for the first visit that was prepaid. So we thought it was all over, but then a service person finally shows up 3 1/2 weeks late for the original appointment, we explained to him that the appointment was for 3 weeks ago. He was a very nice man and he apologized for the mix-up. Now each month we are billed $49 for services we don't even get. I call each month to ask why am I being billed, they say they will take care of it and someone will contact me within 48hrs so I can dispute the charges. So three months go by, and we are charged each month and no refunds as of yet. I call once again to fix this. This time they say our card has been removed from their system so we won't get billed again. HAHA billed once again this month (August 2022). So with Anderson Pest Solutions seeming not to care they are stealing money from me and seems a few others based on Google reviews, we have taken the following 3 steps. 1. Sent an automatic payment cancellation letter to our lender's billing inquiries to prevent future charges from Anderson Pest Solutions. 2. Contacted the local Better Business Bureau. 3. Contacted our state's attorney general to lodge a complaint on these practices. Imagine how many other people they could be doing this to. Read the reviews and it seems to be a recurring thing.

Made an appointment for Anderson to come out to our home and they gave us a timeframe of 1-4pm. They were a no call, no show. I’ve called a total of 3 times and they haven’t given us any answers as to what happened or if they would show up. At this point I haven’t been charged for the service but I’m keeping an eye out for it since they asked for a card number. They keep telling me they will call me back but we haven’t heard anything.
