Aptive Pest Control

All of the service technicians have been very professional, polite, and understanding. They let you know via text when to expect them and keep you informed of what they do throughout the appt. and take photos of treated areas. They listen to what you're pest concerns are and try to help. However, my pests remained a big problem up until the weather got cold enough. I feel like I keep paying and not getting the results I'd hope to have had by now, which would be little to none with having "exterm

To start, I suspect that many of these reviews are ones that Aptive paid for. The shear amount of reviews, most of which are a full 5 stars, reeks of artificial review boosting. As for my review: The Aptive salesman was very dishonest with me. I was told that Aptive would take care of moles and voles. I was informed by a serviceman that they only deal with voles. Update:it’s now been over two months and still no phone call from the supervisor. My original contract was suppose to be $65 a month, I told them I’m sorry I cannot do it. The manager on the phone told me he will void it and put in a new contract (it was suppose to be per treatment, not per month). “I’ll add it to the notes so there’s no confusion.” Guess what?? It was never put in the notes. They went back on their word telling me they will work with a payment plan. Now I’m getting charged ever
