Greenix Pest Control

I recently hired Greenix Pest Control and found the experience to be extremely disappointing. First and foremost, the workmanship was very poor. They did not complete the job as promised, which led me to waste a considerable amount of time calling their customer service line to address the issues. For anyone looking at reviews and wanting to try this company out, beware of your contract. You will not get a specific date as to when your contract ends... just '18 months' That date will come and go and they will keep charging you until you call and end it. They wont let you do it through email or text. You have to call, get transfered twice and then be harassed by a very pushy and purposefully confusing account manager. I had to yell at this person to get them to finally end my service

These guys are scam artists, they offered 1 thing in person but the wording in their contract offered contradicting terms and the support on the phone yet a third version. They then charged a $299.00 cancelation charge. while that was in their contract, they are mainly trying to gouge customers for the cancelation fee. very dishonest people hiring young people to go out and sell their service while leaving confusion as their means to charge a cancelation fee. We disputed the cancelation charge b
