Jim came into our home and explained a lot of stuff about bedbugs and he also made it clear that i can help to rid our home of these pain in the butt bugs. The other Company that came in last year didn't explain anything to us. I was very happy with Jims answers to my questions and he showed us that bedbugs hide behind pictures and I can use 90% Rubbing Alcohol to get rid of these and continue to clean our pictures and this will cut down the reinfestation in our home.

I am currently in the process of selling a house. Potential buyers wanted a termite inspection. I called Friday afternoon and Anthony was able to help me understand what I needed and even gave me a price on the phone, which I appreciated. He also had emailed me a quote that evening which was the same price as the phone estimate, which again I appreciated. I called a few companies and Rose’s was not the cheapest, but I appreciated speaking to a knowledgeable employee who answered all of my questions and that heavily swayed our decision to choose them. Sunday evening I paid the invoice and Monday morning they called to schedule. We scheduled for Tuesday morning and it is now before noon the same day and I have already sent the report to our realtor. I met Jim this morning to do the inspection and he was prompt, friendly, and professional. I appreciated that along with the official report he also verbally explain the results to me. I hope to never have a pest problem again, but if I do you guys will be my first call. Thank you!

Worst pest service. I paid them over $2000. Problem was not solved. I hired a different company. Pest issue was resolved after $500 with a different company. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

The new owners are RUDE people, both the service men & the receptionist! I was with the company for 8yrs with the old owners. The new owners want to do treatments on their time, not on customers time. They will show up & demand you allow them to treat inside & outside right then. Learn to treat customers with respect..
